"Hana calm down, Aki is stressed to say the least, she doesn't mean it." Allon got up and put himself in between Aki and Hana, just in cause anyone wanted retribution.

"That doesn't give her a right to say it though, does it? It's not like she can't change that." Everyone's getting on my nerves... She thought to herself while tapping her foot on the floor.

 

[Hibiscus]

"I know, I know, trust me she has been biting my head off too recently. Just deal with it for right now, I promise everyone in this house is nicer than they seem." Allon tried to give a reassuring smile, but kept looking to the door where Evie was and Melanie who was wounded.

She rolled her eyes and pretended not to listen. "Yea... yea...." She kept scanning the room with her eyes and looked around the blood-splattered walls.

 

[Hibiscus]

"Alright tough girl, I'm just trying to help." He leaned against the wall, looking the other way to Aki and Melanie.

 

[Kairyn]

"Ah, I'm bleeding. It looks like a delicous red apple.."

Aki murmured, her other hand around her abdomen.

Melanie slowly stood from her position in the hallway, which was doubly extraneous due to the spear lodged in her shoulder weighing her down.


"Guys, I just had to gun down a homeless man. I don't have the energy to play peacekeeper right now. Now somebody find me some scissors and a clean T-shirt. I'll go find some antiseptic."


As she spoke she walked over to the window and glanced down, Simon's corpse was nowhere to be found.


She cursed to herself before heading off to the nearest bathroom in a search for antiseptic.

"Fine,"

Aki responded. She walked out of the room, each step hurting like hell.

She suddenly realized it was her room. Aki sighed as she went back inside. She searched into her closet and found a red thin t-shirt. She threw it onto her shoulder.

"Got a t-shirt, now scissors."

She put the t-shirt between her jaws and ripped a piece out of it. Aki spit out some red thread


from the shirt. Aki shrugged, throwing the t-shirt onto the bed.

"Got antiseptic?"

Ari looked at the inside of the cave. She had been there for who knows how long, thinking about everyone. She shook her head. She could not keep thinking like this. She would cook herself inside out for no reason. She had left, they didn't need her. No one did. She smiled sadly and got up, collecting what little things she had and starting off deeper into the forest.

OOC- Yay! Now begins Al's quest for Ari, or not... who knows.


Al was done with this drama, Melanie was tough and it was obvious that it didn't inflict too much damage. He took to the stairs, letting his calm composure flow back into him. "Evie are you still down here?".

OOC- you told Hayden and Evie not to come in.


Hayden couldn't hear anything coming from the house. She wasn't sure if it was clear or not and leaving Evie passed out outside didn't sound like a brilliant plan in this neighborhood. Hayden picked Evie up with ease, carrying her princess style. Hayden opened the door to hear Al's question. "Yeah we're down here. Is there somewhere I can put her down and talk to you about something.?"


((is Evie's bedroom ripped apart?? Lol))

Allon descended the stair, worrying turning to jealousy. Hayden was carrying Evie, who was apparently unconscious. Al came over to the two, taking up Evie from Hayden's arms and bring her to a couch. "Sure we can talk in here." His voice was calm, but it was showing quite the tinge of jealousy. Laying Evie down, he allowed her head on his leg, hopefully a comfortable position. "What's on your mind?".


((I hope not, means she lost her snuggie.))

Ari reached a river soon, sitting down by the edge. She sighed a bit, picking up a handful of fresh water before tossing it on her face, shaking away the extra. She sighed, looking at her reflection. She stood up again, tucking her hair behind her ear as she continued on, deeper into the forest.

 

[Sugar and Spice]

Hayden looks worriedly at Evie. "I don't care who knows this but you cannot tell Evie... I'm her brother." Hayden folded his arms. "Her step-brother technically." He peered at Evie's face again, worried that she could or quite possibly would remember him.

"Uhm, why wouldn't she want to know this." Al was completely confused by this stranger, but now he knew for certain that he didn't trust him. He put his hand on Evie's side, rubbing it, trying to make her regain consciousness.

Hayden smoothed down his dress, "It's called psychogenic amnesia, which was induced by a kind of trauma, mixed in with some confabulation which is the fabrication of memories. I don't think it's good for her to relive those memories yet, because the beloved father she talkes so much about in reality hasn't passed..." Hayden brushed his fingers through his hair as he saw Evie left ear twitch, "Ah see," he pointed at Evie's left ear "She's about to wake. Guess you'll have to ask your questions later!" He put on a smile as Evie's eyes opened.

Evie opened her eyes slightly but suddenly let out a tiny sneeze. "Ah" the sound escaped her mouth quietly. She rubbed her eyes with the back of her hands feeling comfort. I feel like a cat being petted. She smiled to herself before opening her eyes all the way. She could see Al's head a foot or two above her. Her face flushed as she realized her head was on his leg. Why am I on Al's lap!! Her first reaction was to try and sit up.

 

[Hibiscus]

"Uhm, sure." Al was confused, whether it was between Simon's havoc and now Evie's father issues, Al wasn't in the mood for this. He put on a smile as Evie awoke, a genuine smile, "Welcome back sleeping beauty.". He helped lift her up slowly, allowing her next to him.

 

[Kairyn]

Aki went downstairs. Everything looked like it wasn't touched or moved -- unless you went upstairs.

Ah, this house is a mess because of me.

She glanced at the door which was left open wide for flies to come in and annoy the human kind.

There was Hayden, Aki assuming he was a girl. Then right besides was Allon and Evie.

She rubbed the back of her neck and trudged into the kitchen to get a small drink of water.

Yes, it's my fault.

Aki paused, looking out the door.

"Do you want me to bring you any drinks?"

She popped her head out of the door, her ears perking up and her tail swaying side to side.​

 

[Hibiscus]

"A glass of water sounds perfect Aki." Al replied, noting her demeanor though, for she didn't seem stable upstairs. And yet here she was, just getting him a glass of water like a normal night.

 

[Kairyn]

Aki nodded slowly as she went into the kitchen. She opened the shelf and pushed away some cups, finding a transparent one. She took a pair of them, her hands feeling the wavy texture, remind her of the ocean. She went to the refrigerator, putting in the ice first for it was a hot day. She then clicked the button marked with water symbol. Aki pressed slid the cup under the dispenser as she held the button. Water poured down, Misaki letting go of the button until it was almost full. She then rotated to the next cup.

Once each cup was filled with ice cubes and water, she walked over to the door and entered into the hot hazy world.

"Here."

She said, passing him a cup.

After taking out the makeshift spear, cleaning and bandaging it, Melanie descended the stairs to return to her usual spot on the couch. But it seemed that Allon, Evie and the new Neko were having a moment. Sighing, Melanie instead made for the kitchen so she could search for a slice of turkey.
