Fantasy Abandoned Nekos

"ah, why didn't you say so sooner Al! I only had a cold, my body could have fought it. But Ari and Alex could really damage themselves. You don't know what people who feel they are helpless or worthless can do to themselves." For a moment Evie felt a pang of resonance with her last sentence. She grabbed a ponytail and proceeded to pull up and tie off the over-sized guns and roses shirt revealing her black sliding shorts. She grabbed another ponytail band and threw her hair up in a messy bun. Sliding on some sparkly black flats. Nothing she was wearing matched or even looked slightly put together. "Which way did they go?" Evie asked opening the door waiting for Al to go out of the room first.

Taka nodded to himself before laying back in his chair, it was nice to enjoy calm time when it presented itself.

...........

"While I would fit the whole Motherly persona, I can assure you I have no idea what you're talking about." Melanie said as she checked inside an alleyway.

"As if I am letting you go anywhere, you are sick." He contemplated the idea of roaming the streets alone, then looked at Evie. She wasn't in perfect condition, but maybe the soup worked some magic? "I have no idea where Ari went, but Alex is just packing, she plans to leave in the morning.". He knew Melanie and most likely horny Hayden would be after Ari, but he didn't know if Matt had gotten to Alex.

Aki sat up after laying in the mattress for a few minutes. "It was a great time meeting you, I believe my friends need me." Aki gently smiled, "Thanks for the help." She got out of the matress and went to the entrance in which she came from. She opened the door then turned around, waving a farewell goodbye. It wasn't exactly a goodbye, knowing she would visit him later in her life.

"I'm going Al, sick or not they need to be found." She was still a bit under the weather but her mind was made up.

OOC- I thought Alex went outside, not still in her room. Am I wrong?

...........................

Hayden just bit her tongue. "Are Alleyways her thing or something?" She asked Melanie this time trying to be less obvious of his intentions of checking her out.

OOC- I don't remember if there was a post of Alex leaving, I know Ari left for sure though.

"Fine, but if I even see you getting a little under the weather I'm taking you home." He held out his hand to lead her out, not caring if he caught her cold.

Aki got out of the basement then staring at the front door, she shrugged. Aki looked at Matt's room then turned back to the front door. Matt is handling a lot of stress, might as well not bother him. Aki went down the stairs, pulling up her black hoodie. Her hoodie was black with white inside, that has black dots running vertically down the side of her face on the inside of her hood when on, mirrored by white dots on the outside.

Lexie said:
Once she finished, Alex towed her suitcases down the stairs and noticed Melanie on the couch. Going straight to the door, she turned and looked at her. "Tell Aki there's a note for her on my door," she said simply before reluctantly walking out.
OOC - Thats the post when she leaves.

Evie nodded her head even though she didn't want to comply to his command. She ran down the stairs and opened the front door. "Do you know which way they went?"

Alex sat silently in the airport. Her tails were curled around her waist but that didn't stop the stares she was receiving. She looked down at the ticket in her hand. Australia. It was the only place she could think of that she had left.

Al popped his head into Alex's room before they left, seeing all the drawers open, the room bare. "I have no idea, but they shouldn't be far." Hopefully no one got away, that would just mean another trip to get the back. All of this over Matt, jeez I owe him a slug on the arm, or the face.

Evie smooshed her cheeks together in frustration, "It was precisely for these kinds of moments I gave everyone my cell phone number." She sighed. She looked down both streets, "Alright which way are we going??" Both looked empty.

"If its any consolation I still have it." He smiled, but it was brisked away quite frivolously, "Uh, let's just go right, leads into the bigger part of the city.". Maybe they would be at a hotel or in a restaurant, somewhere easy, not the back alley that can never be found.

Evie scoffed but still followed right, "Not trying to knock your logic, but last I knew Alex nor Ari is the type to flourish in a crowded place... But since its you lets go with your gut." Evie crossed her arms. I hope they aren't doing anything stupid right now. Her face became a bit forlorn.

"Well I doubt they want to be alone with their own feelings right now." Allon looked down at Evie, thanking every god he knew that he had her in this situation. "And my logic may not be flawless, but we will find them.".

Evie's face lightened and she only smiled back. I don't remember Al being so positive before, But I don't mind it. Evie began turning her head around trying to get a good look of the faces that past by.

Aki watched them pass by her, not giving her any word. Aki frowned, slightly being ignored. Instead of yelling at them, Aki trailed behind them silently.

After a few minutes, Evie turned around to take a look at the faces around her. Aki, knowing that she must have seen her. Aki let out a sly grin, then jogging up besides Allon as they went into the big city.

"Ah, I am not much help."

She told to no one in particular, her hands covering her ears to block out the noise of the big city. She frowned, closing her eyes shut, as if that could block out the noise. How bad the noise you must say? It is like the whole city is screaming at you, right besides your ears. How painful.

Aki opened her eyes, looking around to see flashing neon lights. How bad is the lights you must say? It is like a thousand people flashing flash lights right before your eyes, practically blinding you.

Aki's eyes widened, remembering something she has forgotten in the basement. Her collar.

The collar no longer hid the scar that wrapped around her neck for it was no longer there. She hoped that no one saw it. She pulled the zipless hoodie, almost like a cape with a hood, around her head, trying to cover her neck. It looked like she was choking herself.

Aki took a deep breath, trying to remain calm. Instead a big breath of fresh air, she was met with the pollution of the city and the smokers that added to the grossness of the city. Aki gagged, putting her shirt over her mouth and nose. She glanced at Allon, How can you walk through this? Then she remembered Allon was a dog neko, a friend of the humans. He must've become used to this. His senses are dulled because they do not work for their food, the humans giving the food to them, giving the senses no use. Aki shook her head, trying not see Allon as a lower rank; an omega.

Allon was startled by the neko, but not surprised. Aki seemed to know just when to pop up to cause a scene. Here they were, searching for Aki's rivals for Matt's love, and she was going to help. It was going to end badly, but the whole house was drama at this point, so this wouldn't change much. "Better to have another set of eyes then none." He shot her a smile, but it faded as he began to wonder her intentions. Not only was Aki acting different lately, but more malicious and less predictable. This worried Al for he was in the middle, not fighting for Alex or Aki, making him someone who would likely be forced to pick a side.

Alex silently ripped up the ticket. She stood up and retrieved her bags before walking out of the airport. She silently walked down the street and back to the house. She walked inside and went up to her room, putting her stuff back in its place before going up to the balcony.

Aki looked very startled, glancing at Allon. How long are we going to stay here? She glanced at a blurry silhouette heading to the house behind them. Aki turned her head to the hurrying woman with bags, catching her attention. Aki opened her mouth to speak to her but nothing came out for the woman went into her house.

Melanie shook her head at Hayden's question "No she doesn't, but I needed to make sure if-" she paused as she noticed it, a trail of miscellaneous objects leading out of the alleyway "Oh no."

She knew for a fact that this alley connected to a string of inner back work paths that bled from this rural area all the way back to the city. And though they seemed random, the items were very specific in a way. Thirteen broken door handles, a couple old socks, half of a calculator. And they also were in a junky, but very noticeable pattern. A Pattern that looped back the way they came.

Melanie spun and jogged past Hayden to the sidewalk, on the far side, the path continued.

And it led right down the path to the house.

"We need to get back immediately." Melanie stated before ushering for Hayden to follow and bolting towards the house.

Aki then saw Melanie bolting toward the house, her suspicions held high. Aki then turned to Al, giving a sly smile.

"See ya."

Aki then ran after Melanie, slowly catching up. Once she was right besides Melanie, she inquired.

"What happened?"

Melanie didn't pause "Did you and Alex have physical contact in any way before she went off?!?" She asked before grabbing Aki and shaking her "In any way!?!"

"She did give me verbal contact. Other than that then no." Aki started to get dizzy has Melanie shook her when she was running. Aki grinned stupidly, her world spinning as Melanie shook her. Aki held up her index finger, "Uhh.. please stop strangling me."

"Are you sure? No shoving? Nothing happened at ALL? This is serious." Melanie said as she eased up slightly but with her nerve still visible through her usually stoic features.
