this is a search for one on one roleplay partners. be prepared for a long paragraph of text. try to keep up.
first, an introduction. my online alias is "doctor." however, you may call me by my name. I'm luka. I'm nineteen, (17+). any pronouns.
I've recently taken a pause from writing, and I'm looking to get back into it. I have eight years or so of writing and roleplaying experience. wannabe author. I will do in and out of fandom settings. ill provide a list of fandoms I'm interested in, in later text. I am adaptive. although, my literacy ranges from literate to novella. I'm not interested in anything below a literate level. I can produce anything between two to seven+ paragraphs. I only write in third person. I'd prefer my partner to have some ability to write introspection. For those unfamiliar with the term, it simply means the ability to describe your characters thoughts and feelings, as well as beliefs.
I will play any gender, any pair. however, I am queer and I have queer preferences. this is not a necessity, but will definitely give you bonus points. as long as you're able to keep my interest, and vice versa, I'm willing to try out anything you might have in mind. I typically write my characters on the spot in relation to my partners character, as well as our decided plot. although, I do have a list of premade characters if that is of interest to you. I will provide a detailed character sheet. I prefer not to use face claims, as my character sheets provide a description of their appearance. however, I'm willing to send a face claim if you struggle to visualize without imagery. This is all personal preference, and I do not mind what you use for your characters.
As far as content goes, I am a lover of many things. A majority of these things fall under the horror genre, for example: body, crime, cosmic/eldritch, gore, gothic, lovecraftian, liminal, occult, psychological, paranormal, survival, torture. Although, I also enjoy: post/apocalyptic, angst, biopunk, bounty hunters, contemporary fantasy, combat based, cyberpunk, dark fantasy, dystopia, high and low fantasy, military, mafia, noir/gumshoe, outlaws, robots/androids, royalty, religious themes, revenge, superhero, science fiction, steampunk, stalking, victorian, western. all kinds of taboo. if its well thought out, I'm probably interested. I love combat and rivalry, anything with loads of tension, and lots of torment. I don't require my partner to come with a plot, as I love to bounce off of one another's ideas and see where things go. As long as you're putting in effort and giving feedback as we discuss, things will work out well.
I am comfortable with adult themes, however I am not interested in making it the focal point. I understand that it can add an extra layer to our writing, but if it becomes too much, I will get bored. with that being said, I am more so interested in taboo themes. we may discuss further about this in private.
while communication is important, I will often leave if I feel that we are not a good match, our literacy levels to not line up, or if you do something that makes me uncomfortable beyond discussion. I expect no more from you. I understand that it can be hurtful, and that is exactly why I am putting this here. do not contact me if you're going to whine about such a thing. I'm looking for a partnership, not to be harassed with your feelings.
Everyone gives a disclosure about this, however, I am very strict about this. if you have no patience, we are not compatible. I am a very busy man, and there are various circumstances that may hinder my response time. I am comfortable with my partners extending to months. I expect the same. as we are both human, and generated bots designed for shitty writing. speak with ai, if you must. with that being said, I will always communicate with you. I will inform you if I expect to be absent, or if I have reason to believe my responses may slow. I will let you know If I feel that our story is lacking something, if something makes me uncomfortable, or if I have any ideas to further our plot, etc. I will talk to you. I ask the same. this also applies to ooc chat. I often use pet names and make teasing comments. I'm silly. if this is to ever make you uncomfortable, do let me know. I am friendly, so do not hesitate to talk to me, if that's of interest to you.
