Alright, I have an idea for a RP that takes place in a little world of mine.
In this world, on the surface lies a vast and beautiful city, with absolutely no trash and no criminals. Why is that? That's because the in the underground lies a city made entirely of scraps from the city above and is inhabited by the criminals. No one may ever leave the underground once you've entered for any reason, even those who are born there. Also Magic is banned. If you are caught with it you will be killed on sight.
Perhaps we could have characters trying to escape from the bottom to the surface which is a task easier said than done as there is only one entrance which is the only exit as well.
