The rp starts in Pyrrhia but will later move to Pantala for the revolution. It all started with a thought about if what's happening in Pantala with the Hivewings gets widespread to Pyrrhia and a campaign started to help the Silkwings. The premise is that a Silkwing Rainwing hybrid named Palos washed up on the shore of Pyrrhia, other dragons find her, and news of the cruelty of the Hivewings gets around, and how the Silkwings are mostly helpless to this. In short, many other dragons help the Silkwings rise up against the Hivewings, and Palos ends up as the queen of Silkwings, since she had started this all.
