A War of Monsters

@dcentral In regards to her "Becoming" a monster... I don't think Kazanna is going to let that stick as a normal occurrence unless it is done via another monster. And even that is a big "If". As far as I can tell, it will be a rare (if not legendary-status) event. So maybe?-ish? But yeah, thunderdire is probably out as far as monsters go. Still no word back from them.
 
My character is formerly a human as well. But unless Im the one doing it, no ones character that's not already a monster is going to be able to become a monster
 
Welp I attempted to create a hunter with extremes in power depending mostly on the time of day. Hope it meets expectations.
 
Any story posts today? I'm assuming by now that @Morridan is the main controller of NPC's on the human side, but if I'm wrong can I get a losse interpretation of who will controlling what and who story-wise. @Kazanna
 
The general came and said something, trying to give new armor and such to the hunters. I'm bout to post a cs for some new nps though.
 
I can't post much today. Working alot. Hopefully Firelava and Kazanna can cover for me. But quick summery:

  • I will generally be controlling minor characters that will try their best to help the hunters along. My NPCs will all be really weak, and will often find themselves in danger.
  • Kazanna will be playing major NPC rolls that have some sort of plot development.
  • As far as I'm aware, Kazanna wants all of his Monster-Authors to act as game masters (Like a DnD dungeon mastery sort of deal). This means that @Firelava is able to also control NPCs. We're all collaborating through conversation as to not spoil anything for the hunters. ^_^
  • Lastly: The hunters won't ever get "Armor" and "Weapons" from any of ::MY:: personally controlled NPCs >=) Mostly interesting items that are usable only once, or keys for some 'secret' places and forbidden areas (Dangerous stuff). So the power is ultimately in you-guys' hands as to how/if to use them, should the time come. =P

if this is anything like a dnd game. I'mma save the one shot stuff until I'm forced to use it. I'm kind of a hoarder.
 
Morridan's Assessment, as usual, is correct. I've been working my ass off and I have another very early shift tomorrow, However! I will be home relatively early, so I'll try to get something good out then, For now I need to catch up and see where I'm at.


@Huntrey, Your character show's a lot of potential, so don't count yourself out yet.
 
He's one I'm definitely proud of, and one I plan to develop into a very memorable character, but this is a realistic play so even the most memorable are susceptible. But I appreciate your praise, I love my little cleric. ^_^ @Kazanna
 
Huntrey, Before it becomes something that gets messed up, Gulthan is a devout follower of your characters god, He's a Paladin, and before it gets asked, he is HUNDREDS of years old, if not thousands.
 
You know me all too well, I'll get you a nice response about the dinosaur age PALADIN. This gonna get good!

Can probably expect a post either in the next few hours, or tomorrow, depending on how inspired I'm feeling. For the sake of making up for my tardiness, I'll do everything I can to get it in tonight.

I will have responses with my lovable little Frightened Archer character and the Old Commander once all of the other hunters "File in" for the tour they're taking (And of course the ensuing response to Kazanna's new NPC who showed up)
 
Just a little heads up, I'll get in this character interaction (considering it is pretty huge for Allon), but it won't be a for another 20 minutes or so. Bear with me guys.

Im confused so theres the dcentral guys thats two. Then theres william and Allon. And The girl just joined the group. I think someone counted the sun dude. Theres only five hunters in the group. And then theres the old man and the timid archer.
 
Ahh. Avon didn't actually join the group. I miscounted. She's just lurking. I'll edit. 
Erm. JK. Dude counted five? Haha. If he edits, I'll edit. :P
