Fandom a vld fix-it/patchwork rp (with some sheith)

• hi rpn, i go by blue. i'm aroace and am comfortable with any pronouns
  
  i've been rp-ing since i was 12 i think. up until last year, i thought me and fandom rps were two disjointed sets but look at me now... asking for a voltron rp of all things. this fandom is a fucking cult i swear to God
  
  i'm a young adult and while i don't really care for my writing partner's age, this time i'd prefer if my partner was also an adult. i just want to explore some more romantically intimate topics and i wouldn't feel comfortable writing those out with a minor
  
  so first thing's first: all writing will be done in third-person's pov, tense doesn't really matter to me. i don't do novellas but i don't do one-liners either. i personally don't care for word count but detailed writing is of paramount importance; i want to feel what your character feels, paint the scene for me!
  
  on that topic, moodboards and playlists make me go ✶˚.·*✧*˚·.·*✫˚
  
  ooc discussion and the ic story needs to progress via a bilateral effort. i hope it doesn't devolve to only one of us pulling the weight
  
  also, it's probably good for me to mention: nsfw content goes against site rules so fade to black for that!

• i think i've covered just about everything so NOW getting onto the fun part: voltron *uncontrollable sobbing* why do i join fandoms years after they die out? kms but yes, i got into voltron due to the sudden hype on tiktok and yes, i went into it expecting to ship klance and came out loving literally every other keith ship. i'm JOKING
  
  i'm sort of open to everything but i kind of want a canonverse au. maybe a sort-of fix-it/pathwork rp to explore pre-kerb, canon and post-canon storylines. i'd love love to add our own plotlines/twists; vld sets up a pretty decent lore (with ALTERNATE UNIVERSES) that we can play around in
  
  i care a lot about preserving canon characterisation so even though we own have our own character headcanons, i want to keep shiro and keith's personalities as close to canon as possible of course, with some artistic leeway because fuck canon, we're going to expand on their characters sm more (on that note, while i prefer writing as shiro, i'd be fine with keith as well!)
  
  just to clarify: while i do want to explore a more romantic dynamic between sheith, i also want to just write a nice vld rp y'know through many characters' povs!

  some of my side thoughts: kacxa baddies, queerplatonic kidge brings me sm happiness, KROLIA LOML, komelle besties frfr, jeith should've gotten closure they deserved better, keith's galra features becoming more prominent when he's feeling intense emotion, purring!keith especially makes me SO SOFT, the blade being heavily overprotective of keith ?? i'm crying (but also, someone mentioned racism due to keith being a halfling and oh wow, wouldn't that be interesting to explore)
  
  also i think about that note in keith's shack everyday. the one that said "it's killing me when you're away" like... God, they meant so so much to each other, i'm so SO sad canon never gave more importance to their relationship (platonic or otherwise)
