What does one do when the risk of losing is planetary annihilation? What does one do when the risk of losing is global war? What does one do when the risk of losing is the end of all things? That's a good question. When the universe sends chaos you're way, do you let it ruin all you care about, or do you fight back? The year is 2017, and unbeknownst to the majority of Earth, magic exists, as well as extraterrestrials. But there are threats growing. Four of them to be exact. The intergalactic extraterrestrial organization called the G.P.P., the Galactic Protection Program, discovered these threats, and searched for the finest beings in the known universe to help defend. Each one received a special letter asking them to sign it if they wished to participate, and that they would take care of the rest. This is the story of those who signed. That's what this roleplay is about. By taking the concept of superheroes and combining it with science as well as magic, I have created potential.
Science Background: Technology can be fairly advanced, as things such as warp drives and laser guns exist.
Magic Background: Any type of magic is allowed, as long as it is not too overpowered. Anything from stuff like Harry Potter to Blood Magic to even less stereotypical things is allowed.
Superpower Background: Any power, being science based or magic based is allowed, as long as it is not too overpowered. There is no minimum nor maximum limit to how many one may have, but is suggested to have 5 or less. Science/Magic combination is allowed.
Also, Original Characters are HIGHLY advised, and Original Characters from an Original Universe is suggested, but not necessary.

Thank you to The Omen of Death, as without him I would have never joined RPNation. He, unfortunately, is likely not going to be participating in this roleplay, as he is currently inactive, and will be for an extended period of time. He'll probably yell at me for adding this, but he truly deserves it!
Finally, if you participated in the roleplay 'Disconnected', and you are reusing a character from it, the character will be automatically accepted. If the character is a character that was not accepted into 'Disconnected', please mention that at the end of the character sheet. It is likely that it will be accepted.
