Fantasy A thousand year War

She did a little curtsy, but kind of accidentally hurt herself in the process. She covered it up and said, "My name is Yan He, Mortal Queen of the Faeries, Hopefully soon to be Immortal Queen if I past all the tests." She smiled.

Kynreth drops Valdus and turns to the paladin. "Paladin you are a pawn from heaven, you must be killed!" Kynreth charges at Harman.

Hearing Kynreth's yell as he was about to speak he whirls around, shield and sword still at the ready.

"I'm a pawn of nobody but own conscience, monster." Harman retorts, his shield and sword glowing with holy light.

"Your majesty, I'm afraid our conversation will have to wait." Harman says to Yan He as he charges with two smites ready and willing to be struck.

'Focus on the fight lad, save the formailites!'

While charging Kynreth, summons 2 undead paladins. "Fight your brother my minions! Remember to bring me his head!"

'Don't listen to him lad, those aren't your brothers!' his mentor's spirit telepathically reminds as Harman has a brief moment of hesitation.

'Put them to rest, you're doing them a favor as a brother in arms!' With a quick lunge forward Harman hits one with a shield smite, narrowly avoiding a quick death blow from Crescent Moon without realizing Valdus was there yet. The shield bash and smite kept the skeleton at bay long enough for a sword smite, destroying him.

Kynreth jumps at Harman striking with his staff. "when i am done with you, i will burn your corpse and destroy your generation!"

Harman feels the staff beat down upon his shield as he feels a sword bite into part of his skin through his armor. Taking a quick look at both Valdus and Kynreth, he was obviously outnumbered. Of course, these were his regular odds in this world. gritting his teeth and deciding to go for broke, he declares "Then you best start burning early!" he taunts, his voice lacking some of it's mirth because of the circumstances. Charging his sword and shield up with holy energy he lashes out, spinning in a circular pattern to attack both with his holy smiting with his sword and shield.

Valdus jumps out of the way and tries to attack Harman from above and leaps down head first then swings when Harman's head is in range

Feeling the holy energy, Kynreth backs off and summons an undead horse. "I will come back for your soul mortal." Kynreth takes off and disappears into mist.

'Lad, your head!' the shield spirit says it urges Harman to block up. Fortunately, the respite from the lich gave him the strength to keep fighting his last opponent. Unfortunately, his shield only makes the hit non-fatal, landing a slicking blow from his forehead half an inch back towards his ear. feeling the blood slowly trickle down the side of his head, he turn to face. "You're all alone now, demon. What a shame, perhaps you could have been something better." he says to Valdus.

(Sorry, got to go for the night. I have class in the morning. I'll be tomorrow though. have a good night guys.)

(Ok, I'm back. Posting might be a little inconsistent time wise since I'm expecting company today. sorry in advance. Now here's something to make this post thread appropriate.)

Harman cautiously keeps himself at the ready. Despite the adrenaline in his system he can feel himself keeping fatigued from the difficulty and length of this fight. He charges up his shield and sword each with another smite ready. He knew this fight would end soon. Either he or his demon opponent would lose in the next few attacks.

"If you kill him now we will never know what we need to rule..........will you assist me in taking this realm over mortal?" Kynreth raises his arm for a handshake.

Valdus shakes Kynreths hand "I will" he says, smiling now that things are finally going his way

Rinoa watch the battle from afar "why....? must the forest be in so much pain....." She sadly looks away

As his adversaries retreat Harman decides discretion would be best. As the adrenaline finally begins to wear off the fatigue hits him like a raging bull. He stumbles over to a tree to sit and rest for a moment. After a moment he finally passes out from the combination of fatigue and blood loss.

'Lad, you alright? Speak to me! Lad?' the spirit pleads before realizing Harman is just passed out and not dead from the battle. 'Aw nuts..' the spirit thinks to himself.

Yan He looks at Harman and then at a healthy Oak tree. She walks over and speaks in the language of the Faeries to the tree and puts her hand on the tree. A green light goes into her hand and she walks over to Harman and places her hand on his head. The light goes into him and fills him with energy.

It seemed like he had just went down before he felt invigorated from a source unknown to him. Harman slowly opens his eyes and rubs his head, still a little sore from the recent multi man melee. He looks up to see Yan He standing up before him. "Your Majesty, was that you just now?" he asks, uncertainly standing up as he takes of the spot on his back where his armor was damaged from the demon's sword.

"Thank you for your assistance in helping me recover." Harman says, with a small bow. "I had no idea you were a skilled healer as well as an archer."
