Fantasy A thousand year War

With a quick practiced motion Harman deflects another blow, and charges up his sword with righteous energy, using it to hit the leader in one of his hands, forcing him to drop his weapon and disabling his hand. Remembering he should be caught alive, Harman only uses his shield as offense, smacking him repeatedly during their drawn-out fight until the leader finally goes down from blood loss and exhaustion.

 

[Verdas]

Valdus makes quick work of the other 3 then turns to Harman and says "That was one hell of a good fight."

Harman gives a nod as he bandages up the leader and ties him up with rope. "Yeah, took a little longer than expected though." he replies, taking the twin swords and putting on his belt as he lifts the leader onto his shoulders.

 

[Verdas]

"Heh we look pretty messy." Says Valdus taking a look at himself

Harman takes all around his armor and shield.


'Yuck. Were I alive I'd want a bath after being covered in all this.' says the shield spirit mentally to Harman. "Yeah, I go for a bath and an armor cleaning about now!" Harman says with a small laugh and grin. "We should get going out of here soon!"

 

[Anna Kyoyama]

Rinoa appears out of the shadows and looks at both Harman and Verdas "you dirty humans" Rinoa said with a hollow voice of hatred

 

[Verdas]

Valdus smiles a little an nods in agreement then says "I'll be waiting for you outside the cave. I'll make sure the horses are still there." Then Valdus dashes away to the cave's entrance 
"Who are you?" Says Valdus with a threatening voice and unsheathes his sword

Harman turn in quick surprise to the newcomer before looking to Valdus and holding an arm up "Valdus, wait!" he says, hoping to not start more fighting. "Lass, you have your sides mixed up. This man was a wanted criminal."

Yan He sensed another presence in the caves. A powerful presence. She was worried because the first two were powerful, but she could probably handle them. This new one was a presence that had a power that she had not felt for years. A thousand to be exact...

 

[Anna Kyoyama]

"you humans anger the spirit of this forest...." Rinoa eyes turn pure black "be gone from here!" Her voice was hollow no sign of emotions or life

 

[Verdas]

"We were going to get going until you interupted us." Valdus says calmly but feels a bit shaken inside.

"Stand aside and we will." Harman retorts, using his sense evil but coming with nothing.


'Descretion can be better part of valor, lad. Especially with one who won't listen like this one.' the spirit in the shield says mentally to his pupil. 'I'm aware.' he says back, a little shaken but determined.

Rinoa laughs "your foolish don't work on my human" Rinoa looks away "I won't say it again leave this place at once" Rinoa teleported towards Mia

 

[Verdas]

Valdus grabs Harman's wrist and says "Lets go." And drags him out of the cave

"You don't have to drag me, I can walk just fine." Harman says as he picks up the pace. "The world is so corrupt it appears nowhere is truly safe." he remarks as they hustle out of the cave.

 

[Anna Kyoyama]

Rinoa looks at Mia asleep "sister... please wake up" Rinoa kneel towards her "sister I know why the spirit are angry...." Rinoa mumble to herself

 

[Verdas]

Valdus grins "I am corrupt too. Or at least I was... Once..." Valdus says

 

[Pink Gorilla]

Yan He watched to figures walk out of the caves. One has a bright and pure presence, the other used to be dark, but is starting to go towards the light. She watched their movements from the tree to see what they would do.

Mia hears a voice as she slept but all she saw was darkness she tried to wake up but only felt a shock go through her.

Harman waits before they get to their horses before continuing further conversation. "'Was once?' Do you have anything to do what happened back there?" Harman inquires.

Rinoa begin to prey for her sister.... "sister please wakes up I am here to protect you" Tears also beginning to rush down of her face.... "those humans.... they did this to her..." she got up

 

[Verdas]

"No. I don't think so. I did many things before is reincarnated in this pathetic human body..." Valdus says, suddenly filled with rage "But I doubt I did anything that might have to do with what happened back there." He says while thy reached the cave exit

Both Harman and his mentor take note of his action during the conversation. Before his mentor's could speak, Harman does first.


"And you would prefer what, exactly? Were you a demon of some sort?" he asks Valdus as he puts the bandit leader on his horse, untying it, and mounting it..

 

[Verdas]

"I suppose you could call me that. They used to call me Eclipse." Valdus says, as he mounts his horse

"And you would rather go back to that?" Harman says to him without saying much else. "And likely face of life of corruption?"
