Looking for someone that is interested in the following plot,
2780, hundreds of years after the cataclysmic event that destroyed all civilization as we know it. A false launch and an itchy trigger finger sparked the begging of the end. Since the bombs detonated our world has been slowly dying, cracks have formed in the earth's crust and go down for miles. Mountains have suddenly gotten larger, or smaller in a very short amount of time. Trees have been coming back slowly, but oddly. They look nothing as the trees in the history books do. The mutants have gotten out of hand, increasing in number with each passing day. Always a new species to be found, always more than when you last looked.
Civilization has still yet to form, no one has settled down and tried to build a settlement, it's still too dangerous. The mutants stop any hope of construction and staying in one place for too long can prove fatal, it is rumored they can smell us from miles. Every day could be the last, this wasteland is harsh and unforgiving. Large groups do not last long, it's hard to get a group of 50 to hide in a building rather than a group of 5. Hopefully, we can still find food, but the unsalvaged houses are dwindling leaving the alternative of eating mutant meat. It is said to have some unfavorable side effects. But survival requires risks that we must all take.
