Realistic or Modern A Streamer's Double Life

Just a simple plot I had in mind lately:
My character is a moderately-famous streamer online, now in a relationship with your character.
Due to living an adult life and now having a girlfriend, she finds herself having to juggle things- and it definitely wouldn't help if her girlfriend left little 'love bites' or whatnot where people could see them~
