I'd have called this the prodigal son returns but that'd imply I actually left more of a mess behind me than I really did. I was here for a brief amount of time last year - around now funnily enough - only to end up leaving without much word because of other priorities. (Sorry to everyone who's reading this and remembers me!) Hopefully, this recommencement won't result in the same way, though.
I'm mostly here because I want to get back into writing for fun and not just for papers. Now that I've graduated, I've found it a bit hard for me to get back to the keyboard for longer than minutes at a time. My attention span holds no affection for writing, I guess and I'm hoping that maybe this will be a solution for it? I'll admit that the only reason I thought about this as a possibility was finding an email from the site in my spam inbox, so here's to coincidences.
If anyone would like to guide me towards your nearest active rp, I'd appreciate it. I've been trying to find my way about this site again and it's all a bit overwhelming.
