A Return to my roots: Hello!

Hi there!


I have recently decided to return to role playing and this was the first community I stumbled across. Role playing was a favorite hobby of mine growing up (Shout out to all my old school Neopet RP board players!) as I absolutely loved reading and creative writing. I took a very long hiatus (several years) but continued to write on and off, so bear with me while I settle in. I wanted to get back in touch with the joy and excitement I had from collaborative writing. I genuinely missed anxiously and impatiently awaiting a reply from your partner, and the challenge of incorporating and playing off of their ideas in every post.


I have already gotten my feet wet and found some wonderful individuals to get me started, but I wanted to stop by and say hello as well.

RpNation is certainly a great community to stumble upon. Like you, I started roleplaying on virtual pet based sites, and then I took a bit of a hiatus. When I came here, I knew there was no turning back.


There are a ton of users with different levels of roleplaying here. You can check out the recruitment forums to find other members to start writing with. You can also check out the workshop forum to share your own art work and creative writing!
