That's a rather stringent take on the rules.
 Officially, when under the Form charm, one must be unarmed or using a Form weapon (PG, p. 200). When using any other charms, that stricture doesn't apply (except as specific for a given charm).
 Various WW writers have posted their opinions on this--check the Wiki. For that matter, ask ten different Exalted players, and you'll likely get thirteen different houserules on the subject. However, there is no official weapon restrictions beyond the above.

That's just it... that particular style has -no- in-style weapons. Which means you're duking it out with your bare-fist.
Which is why you're highly encouraged to get a REALLY kickass celestial style... like Celestial Tiger/Water Dragon/Hungry Ghost (Tiger Claws), Violet Bier of Sorrows (Daiklaves!)... and then pop on the celestial form charms after the PAoC form is up.

Here are the rules.
1. If a Charm DOES NOT SAY "no weapons, no armor", you can use whatever. Â Some styles will explicitly say "this style does not allow armor" and that is a blanket ruling. Â Similarly, certain styles will explicitly say "this style does not allow MA weapons".
2. If a Charm SAYS "unarmed only", ANY Style Weapons for that style are ALSO valid.
I would have to look at PAOC and its individual Charms for details, but unless it says "you may not use MA weapons", you can, just not with any Charms that require bare-handed or unarmed attacks.
Of course for PAOC in particular, Four Magical Materials Form is all the weapon you need....

Seriously, who in their right mind would even consider using a weapon that isn't at least a level 4 Artifact weapon when they've got all those nifty uber-enhancement Magical Material Forms? Â I mean... memesis said it: Â Four Magical Materials Form is all the weapon (and armor, and Extra Actions, and added benefits to attacks, and lets not forget, immunity to Lethal damage, converting it to bashing, which is like... silly easy to soak).

Yeah, tbh, you don't really need weapons or armour with this style, besides, I think it suits itself far more to bare handed ass kicking. Â Besides the style basically provides its own weapons; can you say starmetal claws?
