Name: Tabitha Cyrus

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Occupation: Studentt

Dwelling: Lives with her father and mother near one of the many neighborhoods in town.

Brief Bio:

With her dad being a cop, Tabby always figured she’d become an ace Pokemon trainer or a stylist or artist. She’d tried the Pokémon training gig for a while, but eventually settled for a more comfortable job as a clerk after her father was injured in the line of duty.

While the department paid for his pension, his mood soured and it was clear he was a wounded spearow with all bark and no bite. Although Tabby cares for him, she also holds resentment for Team Rocket and the current state of police in general.

Being her father’s caretaker, however, sucked the life out of her. It was boring, watching and waiting for something to happen and never seeing it happen. Eventually, it got bad enough that from time to time...she wanted anything to happen.

Hence the Kanto Vandal was born. Or at least in her mind she thought it was a good idea. The sad reality was that Tabby’s graffiti only hurt the owner of whatever shop she tagged. Although some might say it was artistic in it’s own funny way, it was often wiped clean the next day.

Still, Tabby can be seen often enjoying an energy drink or just watching really cheesy cop movies in her free time.

Brief Personality: Tabby is an optimistic if not calm person that hides a lot of her feelings under a smile. In many cases, she attempts to hide her more reckless and adventurous side by smiling or cutting conversations short.

As a vandal, she’s extremely careful and sometimes overly critical of what she’s doing, to the point that she’s paranoid of getting caught for anything.

Extra:

Pokemon Partner: Aipom
[On your budget you can only afford one]
Species: Aipom
Nickname: Celly
General Description: Celly was one of Tabby’s first gifts that she’d received when she went on a trip to the Alola region. Of course, Celly is her partner in crime when it comes to tagging to the point that she’s designed a hoodie for her. Celly will often be seen having out on Tabby’s back.

Along with helping her care for her father, Tabby understands Celly’s frustration of living in a region on dried fruits instead of natural fresh fruits that she could get in the Alola region.

Still, Celly and Tabby are as thick as thieves and Celly often helps Tabby with distractions and can use her tail to tag images in hard to reach places.

Nicolas-Wolfwood-Trigun.jpg

Name: Dusty Abascal
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Occupation: Security guard, will do odd jobs for food
Dwelling: Rents a garage in the back of his uncle’s house
Brief Bio: Dusty’s fond of saying, “I could have been this, I could have done that.” Could have.

Indeed, he might have been a successful Pokemon trainer: by the time he was eighteen, he’d already defeated three gyms. But his adventuring ended after an encounter with Team Magma, who snagged all his Pokemon (except his Poochyena, who was but a pup at the time). Ego thoroughly shaken, he tried to capture a pissed-off Rhyhorn as an attempt to recoup his losses and reclaim his pride. Instead, he was trampled and left with a shattered leg.

Being an adventurer was not all it was cracked up to be, and it was best left to someone more capable.

For the ensuing three years, Dusty soaked in adolescent self-pity. Then his parents kicked him out, forcing him to engage in the real world again. After a year of homeless wandering, which took him from Hoenn to Kanto, he settled in his hardass uncle’s garage and picked up some work. Now, he and his Mightyena provide contract security services for a variety of locations about town. He will also gladly do any odd job you have for him: he’s pretty handy with tools.

Currently, he’s fixated on catching the Kanto Vandal in the act. It doesn’t reflect well on him when so many of the properties he protects get tagged on the regular.

Brief Personality: Dusty is rough around the edges, which, paired with his fervent chain-smoking, sometimes deters people from getting to know him. Those who do will be pleased to find out he is a kind young man with integrity.

He is also suspicious of strangers, goofy with friends, and generally lacking in tact. Anything he learns, has to be learned the hard way.

And trust me, he’s still got a lot of learning to do.
Extra:

Pokemon Partner
Species: Mightyena
Nickname: Boot
General Description: Has one floppy ear. Occasionally disobedient to Dusty, which is a telling sign of its growing restlessness with their current life, which is rooted and lacking good battle. Despite this, Boot is bonded to Dusty, and simmers loyally by his side.
Moves: Crunch, Thief, Take Down, Scary Face

Name: Marcus Atwell

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Occupation: Waiter

Dwelling: Single room apartment on the west end of town

Brief Bio: Marcus started out like most kids do, with a pokemon journey when he was ten years old. The three years that followed were some of the best of his life, as he wandered from town to town, training alongside his childhood friend. Those halcyon days came to an abrupt halt after the third gym. Marcus hit a roadblock, and he couldn't seem to find any way around it. He tried banging his head against the proverbial wall for two months and never made any headway. His childhood friend overcame the challenge easily, and with the two of them now on different paths, they parted ways. Marcus returned to his hometown where he finished school with middling grades and took up a job at the local family diner so as not to be a burden on his family. Regardless, a time came where he could no longer bear living in his childhood room, and he couldn't take the stares of his parents as he came back each week with a meager paycheck. He moved across the small town and briefly reveled in the solitude before the loneliness and expenses set in. He remains there to this day, muddling through every day.

Brief Personality: A mostly melancholic young man who spends what little free time he has trying to work past the various things that tripped him up in his youth, to little avail. He tries to suppress his emotions, a defect of working in the service industry, and usually only vents to his Poliwhirl. He's not very friendly, but get him complaining long enough and he might take a shine to you.

Extra: Has a low alcohol tolerance

Pokemon Partner
Species: Poliwhirl

Nickname: Polly

General Description: A completely normal Poliwhirl with no discerning characteristics or markings. Is very loyal to Marcus despite not being very good at battling.

Moves: Watergun, Bodyslam, Bubblebeam, Mud Shot

Name: Sandra Jackson
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Occupation: Currently between jobs.
Dwelling: Her parents' basement.
Brief Bio: Sandra has lived a pretty normal and unremarkable life. Like most people, she tried her hand at becoming a professional pokemon trainer, but she realized fairly quickly that it wasn't gonna work out and returned home after only a few months. Since then she has mostly jumped from job to job whilst continuing to leach of her parents.
Brief Personality: Sandra is a pretty happy-go-lucky person who prefers to take life as it comes over planning ahead, a personality trait that more often than manifest itself as her doing whatever suits her at the moment without thinking of the consequences. She's also very optimistic, almost to the point of being naive, and is convinced that if you just wait around long enough then everything will work out on its own.
Extra: N/A.

Species: Sylveon
Nickname: Sylvie
General Description: A pretty standard Sylveon. Aside from maybe being a bit dumber than average, it has no special characteristics whatsoever.
Moves: Fairy Wind, Disarming Voice, Draining Kiss, Moonblast.

Name: Spencer Bowman
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Occupation: Customer Service Rep at local Wall-to-Wall-Mart
Dwelling: abandoned fast food restaurant building
Brief Bio: Spencer was born and raised in Kanto, along with his twin sister Tani. The two were as different as night and day, where Tani was the day and Spencer was the night. Tani reveled in the world of pokemon and everything to do with them, while Spencer was one of those rare individuals who saw pokemon companions as unnecessary. That isn't to say he doesn't like pokemon, he does, it is just his belief that one can enjoy a happy, productive life without the constant reliance on pokemon companions. It is this belief that cost him the chance to go on tour with his sister as her main backup musician. So while she tours the world, singing and performing to sold out crowds across the Regions to adoring crowds, he was stuck at home, staring in to the abyss. And you want to know the worst part? The music for the songs that she sings was composed by Spencer himself. She was the face and voice of their duo, and Spencer was the musical brains behind it all.

Because of his beliefs and aforementioned failure, at least in the eyes of his mother, Spencer was kicked out of the only home he had ever known. So he did the only thing he knew to do: He left his hometown and never looked back. Last he had heard, his sister was currently touring Kalos, pouring her heart in to every sold out show she was booked for. Spencer eventually found himself to the town in which our story takes place, landing a minimum wage job at the only chain larger than the Poke-Mart and Pokemon centers: Wall-to-Wall-Mart. Because he does not make enough money to afford even an apartment, Spencer lives in the abandoned WcDonalds in town, a building he shares squatting rights with a Shinx.

Brief Personality: Spencer is a very calm person, having learned from his experiences with his sister and mother that the best way to make it through this world alive is to nod your head and go along with whatever situation you find yourself in. He doesn't express his opinions on pokemon out loud in front of strangers, and even less so in front of those that are close enough to him to consider him a friend. Track him down when he's alone however, and you'll hear him ranting and raving about the day's customers to no one in particular.

Extra: Spencer is gifted in the arts of playing music, a talent that is far outshined in this world by one's ability to command and control pokemon. His favorite instrument to play is the violin.

Pokemon Partner
Species: Shinx
Nickname: N/A
General Description: Shinx is a very outgoing pokemon, often roaming around the city during the day and sleeping in the abandoned WcDonald's at night. He and Spencer have a very unique understanding with one another. Spencer doesn't try and capture Shinx in a poke-ball like so many other trainers have tried, and Shinx won't turn Spencer in to a human lightbulb.

Moves:

Spark
Nightslash
Baby-doll Eyes

b3e2807230f69297f6f53925f5306b4a.jpg
Name:
Mason Bysmarck.

Age:
He is twenty-one (21) years old.

Gender:
He is male.

Occupation:
He works full time at a local PokeMart, but is also in a band that is going nowhere any time soon.

Dwelling:
He lives in his parents' house, still.

Brief Bio:
Originally from Sinnoh, his family moved down to Kanto when he was about seventeen. From there, his dream of becoming a professional Trainer was squandered. He lost hope to try again after some long reflection and realizing that he was no good at battling Pokemon. After that, he tried starting a band with some newfound friends; they're still together, but they're rarely able to play any shows, and forget about touring.

Brief Personality:
He tries to be an optimist in any way that he can, but fails miserably. He's kind of a loser and he knows it. With that comes a certain amount of bitterness and anger that often seeps into his daily life. He hates his job and what his life has become. He is easy to offend and easy to anger, and will likely start a fight rather quickly, especially outside of work.

Extra:
N/A.

Pokemon Partner

Species:
A Growlithe.

Nickname:
Merlynn.

General Description:
Nothing too notable, other than the fact that Merlynn is pretty good size for a Growlithe.

Moves:
-Bite
-Flamethrower
-Ember
-Takedown
