Fantasy A New Telekinetic Visitor Arrives

Sarcago is very much an isolated city, those there call it that anyway, while there are just about two thousand people there. Wilderness, mostly forests or woodlands, surround it, and the one known other city, Frenillo, is over fifty miles away, along a rarely used road through the wilderness subject to numerous dangers. Megamite is the metal that is mainly used, besides another rarer exotic metal, but most homes or buildings are mostly made from wood.

The core group are lawful people, under benign leadership of Ardon son of Groudar and his high council, observing ways that have those there being sociable. But as contester to the limited leadership there, the Vargodorians are really growing in number with the lawlessness of their ways.

No one is really expected to come to Sarcago, since long ago in history when there were visiting mercenaries from Frenillo, which went on a few times with items being traded, until wolves, superwolves, and superscalywoods were invading the passage with the road between those cities, only once was there a lone individual who was exceptional in coming to Sarcago along that road just over a dozen years earlier. Now there was this exceptional individual, spotted by several within the city near the gate, as that one neared. The guards of the city were called right away.

Armed with tablet in his hands, he wanders in the forest, being guided by what the computer thinks are multiple life signatures ahead. As he was closing in, he finally found visual evidence of human-made buildings ahead, albeit, a gate. The gate didn't built itself by randomness, thus, definitely human built. He even saw some people there, which by the uniform looked like guards, wearing very strange clothes, in fact, he would bet some of his video games that it was extremely uncomfortable to wear.

It did occur to him to ask why they were wearing it, but in the end, he didn't really care. He stopped looking at the tablet, and lowered it, while still looking at the guards, which enable him to free one hand.
"Helloo! Open it! I wanna in!" The 10 year old spoke out, as he happily greeted one of the guards, waving his hands at them, with a smile in his face, trying to contain his chuckle due to the guard's strange garment. It was funnier up close, than from a distance. If they didn't open, he was likely to do it by himself.

The guards there opened the gate, while it had not actually been locked shut. It was not really a strong gate anyway. As they looked at the one who approached, it became clear to them that this was a very young boy. One of the guards said, "We should know what to do about this. A mysterious boy coming through the wild lands on the unused road to Sarcago needs one of those special instructors, you know what I mean? No one else will get meaningful answers from him."

Another one said, "I will go get Egeleron. He would be the right one for this." The other nodded, and that one hurried off very quickly in a direction to the left.

The one who spoke first looked at the boy who was now here. He asked, "Do you want to tell me anything?"

He got inside, when the gate opened, and, upon a general inspection, did that place even had electricity? Running water? Anything? How was he going to play video games like that? They were talking about him, but all he could do was to look around, at the houses of the city. After a few seconds, he glanced at the guards with a disappointed look, and then at the guard that stayed there with him. After a deep breath, he had things to ask.

"Egeleron? Is this a type of Jell-o?" Maybe not. With any luck, it was going to be a good food. What kind of food did they have there?
"Do you have video games? Please please please say yes." Kevin really wanted it. Not that it would happen.
"Only board games?" Assuming they even had these.
"And what are you wearing?" Did the guard memorize all of these? He better.
