introduction.
hi there friends, here’s a mha-themed search thread because my interest in it is coming back! this thread mostly contains canon x oc stuff, but there’s also a few oc x oc prompts and some possibility for canon x canon (if i can try playing ochaco) too. just a warning, but i may be slightly selective with oc x oc & canon x canon stuff as i usually prefer canon x oc stuff. but yeah, details will be below for those maybe interested!
please keep in mind that i’m not up to date with the manga anymore - i stopped (i forget why) sometime around the beginning of the final battle. i’ve seen a ton of spoilers about the ending though, as spoilers don’t bother me at all (so if you happen to slip up a lil, it’s perfectly okay)! i don’t remember where i left off at in the anime.
with all that being said, au’s are usually preferred, whether they be heavily au or only somewhat! i’m just not a fan of strictly following canon, so i’m very sorry if that’s what you were hoping for. i’m okay with referencing canon events here n there still of course, but i’d really prefer to create our own story with the characters we choose to play as!
but yeah - please do read everything n if you decide you maybe wanna give things a shot, please message me a brief intro about yourself + what specifically you wanna do! i’m much more prone to replying if you actually provide an intro / what you want in your first message, so please no “hey wanna rp” or other vague / bland message.. i probably won’t reply. so basically, the better the vibes are in the first message, the higher the chance i’ll be interested / reply!! also, i’m only looking for one to two partners rn because i don’t want to overdo it by taking on bunches n bunches of rps like i usually tend to do - i’m very sorry.
pairing stuff.
i’m currently looking for aizawa, bakugo, or dabi mostly, BUT i could probably pair with kaminari, kirishima, or maybe shinso instead if you’d like to play either one of them!! c:
i can try doubling up as ochaco, izuku, toru, mina, kaminari, kirishima, tamaki, mirio, hawks, oboro, or a very pg midnight! i’d also love to try out playing pro-hero!toya or aizawa (but only if you can play him for me in a separate rp) at some point, but i fear i might butcher them a bit (at least at the start). i may also be down to give playing present mic, shinso, or shouto a shot, but again, i may butcher them (so you’ve been warned)! i will not play endeavor because i do NOT like him (to put it nicely), and probably not any of the villains as actual villains because i am CERTAIN i will butcher them if i tried. :’>

♡ my oc could be recovery girl’s new assistant, midnight’s childhood friend, an escaped experiment of sorts, etc!!!
♡ aizawa could be a hitman / in the mafia, retired from the military (maybe in an ordinary humans au?), a bartender, retired from teaching, still a teacher, etc!!
♡ i think a rp focusing on aizawa, present mic, midnight, oboro (in an au where he’s alive haha), & any ocs’ bond together - like one focusing on their friend group + ocs - could be so heckin cute!!!! could also maybe be in a college au where they’re all college students, if you wanna go a school-themed route!!!!
♡ aizawa could be a hitman / in the mafia, retired from the military (maybe in an ordinary humans au?), a bartender, retired from teaching, still a teacher, etc!!

♡ honestly my only idea thingy for him rn is something where i can use my one mute gal!! i just thought it’d be a really interesting pairing, since if i recall correctly, shinso’s quirk depends on his target having a voice - so, what happens if they didn’t have one? :3
