A Man's Worst Nightmare

StoneWolf18

Within the Depths of a Dream
The Price of War

War. It's inevitable no matter what you might think. Too many religions, opinions, governments, social orders, societies, cultures that don't agree with one another. And the world we live in isn't and will never be perfect, so the only way to resolve a conflict is by force whether they be with words or steel. So that then brings you to the continent of Lein. Torn apart by war due to the various nations each much different than one another. The cause? Long forgotten although petty reasons keep the public from doing much more than batting an eye. But this constant fighting has lulled the people of the land into a false sense of security. For in all actuality…

This is war.

This is chaos.

This is a man’s worst nightmare.

OOC Information

Alright, what that rather small introduction outta the way, let me get onto the more of the OOC stuff. You, the player, will be in control of one character, the ruler of a nation, along with being allowed to do with their resources as you please. Though I have to lay a few ground rules…

- Detailed posts of 2 paragraphs or more when eligible to do so
- Avoiding Godmodding(destroying an opposing kingdom with one blow), power playing (Learning information OOC that your character would never know and using it IC), etc.
- Creating reasonable kingdoms and characters with realistic problems. Nobody’s perfect.
- Not being a douche, even if you are just “playing around” for some might not feel the same.

The point being, don’t make me beat your ass or turn this into a fantasy high school. Anyways the setting is on the continent of Lein no more modern that classic medieval though magic has advanced a few things such as Mage lights and such. The kingdoms that inhabit its lands are made up of many different races and cultures, anything from a small tribe to a large metropolis. I know this is rather scarce but I feel the idea is pretty straight forward. If you have any questions or are interested, please do let me know!
