Novelist and Word Whisperer
The boat straightened on the lake on the fall afternoon. It waked the lake. Poked the smoke that formed of suddenly. There was no sun. She decided to walk with me to the dock in the night of December 24. I filed the boat in line and revved the engine. It was a newer boat where I hardly knew anything about its compartment systems. The moon whipped its cloak that was spray painted when the sun sheared its light somewhat. It was darker and I could see the sun from its corona.
The pines stood still and short. The water gasping for hydrogen and meaning. The boat rocky than ever before with its Rutter giving out every two minutes. No one else on the water, then it was Christmas Eve. Hardly a reason, to go out. I wished I had more reason or time to plan this night, for I needed someone else to see it.
I never heard of Slenderman before on the water, but things change and so did he. Since he was first sighted, he wore a suit and red tie, but he never wore hats before or had distinguishable eyes. That night, he wore a fedora, sunglasses, and a checkered watch. He bones were pure black, his suit was white. He had evolved. He had chosen a new identity or appearance, yet he acted quickly. My friend passed out on the boat’s couch from sleepiness. I was tasked to face him alone in the endless black. I stopped the boat because I was not afraid. I have never been afraid. He sat on the edge of the boat looking out on the water. His hands lifted himself on his hands strength. He stared at me with his space black sunglasses wider than any doughnut.
His face sparkled into the boat's floor bed then he was gone. I knew better. I began to comprehend the purpose he had, and in time, I became slowly right. I look behind me and he was there. He had his buzz over me. He touched my shoulder with one of his hands. They were cold, I think. He patted it and he was gone... His presence could not be proven. From that day, I was Requiem, I was a questioner. I understood one thing. There is one good, the people who protect the balance and one evil who seek to destroy it. How anyone could is puzzling. Possibly from other universes. The Rake crossed my mind. I then realized what I needed to do... I needed to find the Rake and before the blue moon sinks into the Earth.
