Fantasy A life of a Folklore

Kira Beast

Senior Member
Long ago, myths and legends where told of many folklore's. Some stories where never told, and are still in the process. Are the folklore's true? Some say they are.

You can be a folklore that already exists or make up your own. Sorry for the short description but I'm not very descriptive with things. :P I'll post my character's in "Character Sign-up"

Aideen woke up early and starts fishing in a nearby river. So far she has caught 8 fish. She's just waiting for Jackson to wake up now, so she can give some fish to him.
She laid the fish on a rock and tried constructing a fireplace. She succeeded and stuck a stick in the fish and hung them over the fire to cook.

The Watchman smiled at the bloody body beneath him, and turned away quickly, leaving the house. The longer he stayed, the more likely it was that he'd be caught. If he got out now, he'd be okay. Hopefully.

A couple of kids across the road were staring at him. They must have heard the screaming. He pulled out his axe and began to give chase, yelling maniacally. The kids screamed, running into the nearby woods.

"Damn it!" He yelled. He'd never find them in there.

Elizabeth flew through the woods in her demon form, she wasn't proud of

the things she had done while she was like that but she loved flying and she wasn't going to stop doing that. She saw a couple of kids running and screaming, Elizabeth was about to go down to see if they were in trouble but she remembered how she looking in the moment and realized the kids would be frightened if they saw her so she decided to stay in the sky and watch the kids

Cedric stretches as he steps out of the airport and takes look around. Despite the fact that it was a short trip from Britain to Ireland it still felt like it took forever. after a couple hours he gets his hotel room and unpacks the stuff he brought with him. Taking extra care of his camera as he unpacks it and heads out of the hotel. As he gets on the outskirts of the city to the forest he decides to get to work on his assignment. It was supposed to be just some simple pictures for a documentary, but Cedric wished it was something more exciting.

Elizabeth decided to stop observing the kids, they were probably just joking around and she was sure they would be fine. She realized it was getting really late and her uncle would kill her if she was late, besides, what could she tell him? He didn't know that her dad was a demon so he thought Elizabeth was completely human. Elizabeth flew lower and saw a man with a camera. She flew as fast as she could to the nearest tree and hid there hoping the man wouldn't see her, she cursed when she heard broken branches in her tree and changed into her human form as fast as she could

As Cedric heard the breaking of branches he quickly turns, wondering what the noise could be. He looks around, having his camera in reach as it hung around his neck but wasn't completely ready to take a picture. Looking around, he sees a woman there in the tree. Disappointing, but better than nothing. He strides over to the tree. "Hey, you alright there?" he asks curiously.

Elizabeth looked down at the man and realized how high in the tree she was, she hoped she could get down quickly without using her powers

"Uh... Yeah I'm alright" she said looking down

Cedric wonders to himself what she's doing up there, especially since she seems to be having a little difficulty getting down. He debates about asking if she assistance getting down before finally speaking up. "Looks like you're having a little up there."

Elizabeth looked down at the man and started getting down slowly trying to not fall down and kill herself.

"Uh... No! I'm... I'm fine"

She said wondering how she was going to get home without her powers

"Uh... Did you know these woods are hunted? You should probably leave now before a beast kills you" she said hoping the man would go away so she could fly away like she always did

Well, something interesting. Maybe a lead for a new article. 'Oh?" Cedric says quizzically. "Well, I happen to be a journalist, so I got no problems with a few superstitions. After all, stories are how I make ends meet. Mind telling me a little more?" Cedric asks, thinking that this trip won't be so boring after all.

"Well your late." Aideen says as Jackson catches a fish in his mouth. He brings it back on shore and groans. "Well I for once like getting up early. Come on, we need to keep moving." She said running to shore drying her frizzy hair. She hops on top of Jackson's back as the big fury guy walks around the forest. She starts eating cooked fish and leaves the raw ones for Jackson later. They start hearing voices so Jackson peeks behind a tree to see a man and a girl in the tree. Aideen leans forward to see too.

Elizabeth curses in her head and rolls

her eyes "great, a journalist. Might as well expose my powers right now" she thought with sarcasm

"Uh... Yeah! There is a terrible beast that kills humans and... And eats them!" She said giving the guy a fake smile

Cedric was highly suspect of her. At this point he was sure there was something going on. His journalist instincts practically screamed it. "Oh really? And I don't suppose you have any more information on this 'beast'?" he says with partial sarcasm, partial inquisitiveness.

Aideen whispers to Jackson. "They're busy. Maybe if your quiet they wont see us." Jackson starts quickly and slowly crossing the road that they were on hopefully trying not to disturb them.

Elizabeth finally got down from the tree and looked at the man right in the eyes but at a safe distance.

"No, I don't have more information about the beast" she said and then she smiled "Why do you think I'm supposed to know about it? Am I that weird?"

"Well, you just seemed so eager to ramble on it while you were up there. Guess you got nothing." Cedric shrugs. Whatever he thought was going was likely not something he could do a story on right now. "Anyway, if you have nothing useful for my next article I'll be on my way." he says to her. Well, there went his short-lived hopes.

Feeling the ground shake Cedric takes a quick look around before spotting what looks like a bear running away. Quickly he puts his camera up and snaps a picture before it gets away. "The heck was that about?" he asks confused as he looks at the picture through his digital viewer, ignoring the girl from the tree.

Elizabeth smiled when she heard the guy was leaving. "Bye! Sorry I wasn't helpful!" She said waving at him. She started to walk away until she felt the ground shake, her instincts told her it would be a good time to get in her demon form and fly away as fast as she could but she knew that was a bad idea so she made a confused face and looked around innocently.

Despite his common sense telling him to stay put, Cedric decides to try to follow the bear some. "Stay safe, kid. Don't let the 'beast' get ya." he says with a small laugh as he tries to follow the bear, using one hand to keep the camera from flinging about.

Elizabeth noticed the guy was focused on something else and thought that would be the perfect moment to escape, she transformed into her demon form and smiled at her wings, she flew as high as she could and started to leave the forest until her curiosity took control of her and she decided to follow the bear

As he slowly followed the bear he spotted them from a distance. He went down to one knee and used the zoom function on his camera to get a better view. "A woman?" he questions quietly to himself. Yeah, it looks like one with the bear. What is going on here? He snaps a picture with his camera, hoping to look into this.
