Name: Winola Black

Race/Species: Human

Age: 19

Backstory: A girl who's only family is herself, Winola was raised in Helping Hands Orphanage. Though, help is quite the understatement that she received (one meal a day, cramped sleeping quarters, etc). Her smarts allowed her a full ride into Princeton University but her mouth got her kicked out just after the first semester. She currently lives in a studio apartment with nothing more than a bed and desk as she works for the landlord's cafe to pay rent.

Personality: Cheerful but very rude.

Greatest Strength: She's stubborn. If someone says she can't do something, she'll prove 20 different ways on how to do it.

Greatest Weakness: Fragile ego. Anyone that can see past her cheerful exterior will know she doesn't believe she's worth anything.

Name: Lady Avelyn of Renata

Race: Human

Age: 25

Backstory: Born in the kingdom of Aurelia, all Avelyn has known is war. For over thirty years, Aurelia has been in the midst of conflict with the neighboring kingdom of Yadir. The parameters surrounding the war has been heavily disputed and in reality, it's a culmination of multiple factors. Regardless, in one of the biggest invasions in the early years of the war, Avelyn was left without a father just months after her birth. Her home city, Renata, laid on the outer reaches of the Aurelian Empire, leaving them with little resistance and minimal time to react to their invasion. By the time she was six, Avelyn's mother could not afford to sustain her and her two sisters, deciding to sell them off to the capital at various moments. She found herself under the guidance of an elder knight, who trained and developed the woman into a knight capable of shifting the war they were in. With years of combat experience under her belt, Avelyn is one of the finest warriors Aurelia has ever seen.

Personality: Avelyn is confident, calm, and hyper-focused on matters she deems to be important. Carries herself with a keen sense of elegance and respect, blended in with fierceness.

Greatest Strength: Her willpower. Avelyn does not back down from anything and possesses a stone cold determination when it comes to whatever she puts her sights on.

Greatest Weakness: Her confidence at times bleeds into arrogance, as if she's too good to ever truly lose.
