The Swiftest Shot In The West
~A Half-Hearted Affair~This Rp will take place across several arcs and will begin in the East Blue. There will be an opportunity for new players to join throughout the rp, both as crew members as well as one-off players. To this end the RP will be beginning its first ARC with just myself and
Sinny The Fool
playing the roles of Captain and First Mate. Once the introduction is finished and our two characters are on their way to the second Island and Arc, a new player will be able to join the crew. There will then be a brake in joining the crew for a single arc before another can join in arc 4.
That being said I will be accepting Navy roles throughout the RP as well. Antagonists too. So please feel free to throw your CS' my way via DM.
Onto the rules.
This is the east blue, Monkey D. Luffy had the highest bounty in this sea to date prior to his adventure to the reverse mountain. 100m is that limit and the Navy have imposed a larger limit of 70m in this sea as to avoid riling up the population should a new 'pirate king want-to-be' emerge. Your bounties will be below 70m in this part of the story and similar limits will be put in place in other areas of the map. I will be deciding your Bounties myself but you are free to give yourself a bounty in your CS from the get go should you so wish.
Bounties reflect power levels. To this end no one in the east bluer will possess Haki nor any knowledge of Haki. Similarly, I will be accepting any fruit bar Logia types. This is due to their user's inability to be damaged without Haki or very specific means. My character the captain will posses this fruit and until the new world, she and antagonists will be the only ones who have access to said fruit.
You are free to create your own fruits and are not bound to those in the lore.
Our characters are just starting out on their adventure and as such do expect to be beaten down quite a few times. Your characters are going to grow as we progress, this development is key. You are not going to take on a squad of Marines without a scratch taken.
Overall just have a fun time, if you have any ideas for characters or your own OC character arcs please do let me know. If you have an idea for an Arc itself do let me know. Make a character you enjoy and remember to have fun with it! This RP is all about adventure and sharing the fun with friends!
