One cat away from crazy
Hello! Been a year—or maybe a few—since I last made one of these threads. Right now, I have some more free time than usual, and if the stars align,
I’d love to kick off the new year with a fresh story. I’ve had a sci-fiish itch that’s been waiting far too long to be scratched.
This itch could be scratched on a distant galaxy or a near-future version of Earth. I’ve always enjoyed stories of survival and moral dilemmas, and I’d
love to explore those themes in a dystopian setting, where technology is more advanced than ours. A world that is run by corporations and human greed, and rife with political
drama and class divides. Throwing our characters into the ruins of utopias—whether they’re on the brink of collapse or already decayed into wastelands—sounds like a lot of fun.
When it comes to details such as plots and characters, I prefer to work them out together with my writing partner. But if flawed societies and the
darker side of humanity inspire you, we’ll probably get along great! Feel free to send me a private message once you have read the rest of the thread! ♥

I’m turning 33 in a few months. I live in Europe and work full-time remotely. I’m basically always online, but time zones can be… uh, zoning. XD Outside of
writing, I enjoy video games and all kinds of fluffy animals. Anything else, feel free to ask!

I’m a detailed, character driven writer, with most of the focus being on the character’s thought processes and feelings and long term development.
I spend a lot of time editing my posts before sending them, so I’m usually a rather slow writer. My typical post length is between 500-1500 words.
For me, roleplaying is a collaborative writing project. I have no problem leading scenes forward and throwing my dumbass ideas out there—as long as
the effort is returned, of course.

I enjoy creating realistic, flawed characters, who have room to grow throughout the story—thus, I am more likely to write a selfish asshole that learns
to become selfless during the story, than someone who is selfless to begin with. I typically write male characters as my main character, though I can
sometimes write female characters too. For faceclaims, I prefer actors—no anime or other drawn artwork.
》pairings《
They say opposites attract, and I believe that to be true. I am happy with platonic or romantic pairs, but enjoy duos that have opposite traits, conflicting
personalities and different backgrounds regardless. My preference is to write as masculine men and against masculine men, so I like mm// couples the most.
》availability《
If we vibe, you can expect 1-2 posts per week for the next few years. Not kidding—my longest active 1x1 is over four years old, so there you go. XD
》my expectations for a partner《
You are old. (I am over 30 and would prefer a partner in a similar age range!)
You appreciate realistic characters over perfect ones. You enjoy creating characters with both flaws and strengths, and they are allowed to fail and grow.
You’d love to aim for something long-term. Not every story works out that way of course, but let’s give it our best shot!
You can usually post at least once a week, but understand if life gets in the way.
You enjoy details and your writing tends to be on the longer side (500+ words).
You are an active co-creator—you move the story forward in-character and share your ideas out-of-character.
