View attachment 63332 A large city located on the outskirts of Japan called Kurushi has gained overly powerful technology and keep their citizens which are mainly teenagers due to the city being known for their academies. All students from all academies are expected to fight in order to keep themselves off the street. The ranks in the school rang from 0’s which are known as nobodies to tens which are known to be somewhat leaders or student council members for the city in a way. The constant fighting within the city just keeps everything in order, so as long as a student is not murdered, any sort of injury inflicted upon them when in a fight for a new rank can not be reported as being attacked. The way a student fights is that they are given a starter weapon; more of the starter weapon chooses them. Once they are given a way to defend themselves they are thrown out into the streets where they will stay until they can move their rank up higher. When their rank increases, their weapon transforms into a level higher then their previous starter weapon and continues on like that. In the city of Kurushi students are allowed to challenge each other anywhere they wish, that is all students except for the so called level ten council students. Those students are to stay back and allow others to challenge them in order to keep a sort of balance; the headmaster of all the academies wouldn’t want them over throwing everyone else and putting the city into a state of fear. Anyhow, children/teens from the age of thirteen and older are allowed to move into this dangerous city in hopes to try their luck at making it to the top, at least that is what the whole point of the city seems to be.
