A Complicated Happy Ending

Danielle run fast as she could the moment she stepped out the taxi. She was very late! She didn't able to go with her father as she was always been a heavy sleeper. Carrying 6 thick books on her right side and her heavy backpack that has whatnots inside it, she can barely even run. 'You must do this!' she pushed herself 'Or else you'll be dead!'

Adrian smiled to himself as he hitched his backpack up on his shoulders. He smiled as he made his way down the road, heading towards the location of his school. He was still walking when he saw Danielle running hard. She was behind him, so he thought about moving aside. "Gotta do one good turn daily." He grumbled, then turned around, "Hey, do you need a r-" Suddenly the collided and her books went everywhere. To top it off, it began to drizzle.

Suddenly Adrian appeared and hit Danielle and her books fell, she cursed. She looked at him "What are you doing?!" she yelled at him which aused some students to look at them. She felt something liquid fell on her shoulder, she look at it and it's water. It's beginning to drizzle "Oh! It must be my lucky day!" she said sarcastically. She quickly get her books in the floor "Can't you help me!?" she yelled at him, annoyed.

Adrian grumbled aneh slowly began to gather her random papers for her, "I was going to offer you a ride and I guess you were running or something." He helped her before he put his hands in his pockets, "But I guess you don't want my help. Have fun." He walked to the small parking lot where he had his car and got in, driving himself ot school.
