A charm, a Spell, A astrology effect, or a mortal prayer?

I thought up an idea that would be a lesser version of rising butterfly prayer... to see to it that a animals soul is given consideration for reincarnation as a human... I was wondering what it should be then I thought, that it probaly wouldnt be QUITE as difficult as rising butterfly prayer, and a serious enough prayer from a mortal would probaly do the trick.


I know im worrying about minuta, but what do you thinkg?

Depends on how you view the reincarnation of souls.  If you don't accept that animal-human transitions are possible, obviously it'll fail.  With that said:


I'd require the Priest merit for mortals, but other than that, a straight Performance/prayer check should do it.
