As you may have guessed this is going to be an RP based in the Raildex universe, and will follow a small group of SIX characters, working amongst the darkness of Academy City. As such, there will ONLY BE SIX CHARACTER SLOTS OPEN, at least initially, and even if I tagged you, I CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ACCEPTANCE.
The RP will be of a sub-detailed level, requiring at least two four to five line paragraphs per post.
The RP will take place within the Light Novel Universe. The only difference between this and the Anime Universe is that the Silent Party Arc never took place.
As this takes place within the canon universe, and not an alternative one, YOU MAY NOT PLAY AS A LEVEL FIVE.
You will be able to play as a Magician, should you so desire. But, Magicians can not make up the majority of SERPENT.
Mind Control, any form of Time Manipulation. Power Cancellation and Power Mimicry/Duplication are all prohibited.

You may only have one character. If you are accepted, and feel and absolute need to have a secondary character, they will NOT be a member of SERPENT.
