introduction
hi all! my name is renee, and i'm on the search for a rp. below is a list of my preferences, requirements, fandoms, pairings, and plots. please read through and comment below if you'd like to write with me.
about me
• i am 19 years old. that said, i will not rp mature themes with people who are not at least 18 years old. even so, explicit rp isn't really my thing.
• i am currently entering my second year of college and i'll be pretty busy. depending on the week i may reply once, maybe everyday. as always real life comes before roleplay. i will make it known if i'll be particularly slow with replies so that we are on the same page.
• post lengths vary between 2-5 paragraphs, but it depends on my mood and the time i have to type out a post. my goal is to be able to write novella-style by the end of the year. i do not expect you to match my post length, but i do ask that you refrain from one-liners, and use proper grammar and punctuation.
• if you play a canon character for me i expect you to play them true to canon. as in, don't write a notoriously mean character as super nice. i get it if you're still figuring things out, but if you know you won't be able to do the chara justice, do not agree to take them. i will extend the same consideration your way should i play a canon.
• i need my partners to be honest with me if they no longer want to rp. i've been ghosted many times, and at this point i'll move on if you haven't replied in weeks without letting me know. it can be argued that we all have real lives and cannot dedicate all our time to posting, which is true, but disappearing without explanation still isn't very fair to your partner; especially when we've spent a while planning, plotting, and character-building. just tell me you're gonna be busy and we're all good!
preferences
• i prefer to play females as it is true to my lived-in experience. i will also play males, but i'm a bit rusty, so bear with me.
• mxf & fxf are pairings i gravitate towards in order of preference. mxm is iffy for me simply because i don't have much experience w/it.
• plots based solely on romance aren't my thing. if romance is part of the rp i'd rather it be interlaced into a wider plot.
• heavy themes and angst are so so good and i'm a weirdo who likes my characters to suffer. give me all the tea bb
• please contribute to the rp. offer plot suggestions and play around with me! we are writing together and it should be a collaborative effort.
• i apologize if i sound harsh with my requirements. i promise i'm nice, but we all have things we'd like out of a partner.

plot ideas for proposal (a.)
a1.) loosely follows show canon beginning with season one. each season takes 1-1.5 months to get through depending on how fast we go and how many people we have in the group. probable large focus on character development and honing our writing skills.
a2.) my character moves to town with a rival gang and worms her way into tommy's life. he suspects nothing until one of his subordinates sees my character with the rival gang-leader. he keeps what he knows secret. we figure out the rest as we go. continue to focus on character development, but leave plenty of room for plot growth, seeing as there won't be the show's timeline to follow. other characters will also play a part in this rp.
