i. hello everyone! you can call me shino. im now finally 18, and i've been roleplaying since i was about 11 or 12, meaning i have about 6+ years of roleplay experience.
ii. i'm on eastern time ( est ) and i'm making this thread hoping i would be able to find a couple roleplay partners!
iii. what i'm hoping to do is write from characters that i haven't written in a while, or create new ones with you!
iv. i love to write fandoms, and i would have no problem with writing up some fandom roleplays with you! crossovers are also accepted, as long as they're "believable" or "make sense"!
v. i also love ooc chat. i would love to make some extra friends, well.. not really extra. i also love to have close friends, and i would like to find some on here! possibly lifelong friends as well!
rules
i. i'd enjoy if you were to give me at least a paragraph as a response. i don't really like one liners if i'm being honest.
ii. i'm fairly literate. as a starter, or the second post after your own starter, i am able to do 6 or 7 paragraphs.
iii. i want my partners to know that they don't have to match my post length, regarding rule two.
iv. i only do third person roleplays. i think that shouldn't be an important rule, but some people that i have come across, have used first person pronouns.
v. i am a normal human being, and i have a job. having a job means i can't respond all the time. mondays, wednesdays, fridays, saturdays and sundays are my shifts. the times will be listed later down this thread.
vi. don't be rude to me ooc please, i am a soft boi
vii. if you're no longer interested in the roleplay, or you want a break because you too are busy or have a job or whatever other reason there may be, don't hesitate to tell me! i'm also ditch friendly, and i won't get upset!

originals / plots
forgive me, i'm really not one to write out ___ x ___ pairings, so most of them will be prompts / plots.
i. long distance relationships ; maybe our characters decide to meet up after years of online dating?
ii. ' popular wealthy bitch that basically owns the school but is secretly crushing on the soft boy with the puppy dog eyes, but he's completely oblivious to it '
iii. my friends dragged me into this haunted house despite my crippling fear of them, and all things horror. i tried to rush through it as nonchalantly as possible to avoid being called a chicken, but when i felt a hand on my shoulder, i naturally turned around and punched whoever was behind me. unfortunately, it was you, and now i'm waiting at urgent care with you because i might've broken your nose. on the plus side, your costume looks really good!
iv. after months of reporting to a job that i absolutely dread, i finally quit! with no backup plan once so ever, or way to pay my bills and rent, i walked.. more like danced out of my workplace with the biggest smile on my face. but now reality is actually sinking in and getting to me.. that i've just done something crazy, and impulsive, and you're watching me spiral over because of the big mistake i have just made, and you're sweet enough to buy me a drink at the local cafe on your time off, because i know good and well i cannot afford one.
v. i'm at a carnival and i notice an empty photobooth with a strip of photos left behind. looking at them, i see you, looking deeply morose, the pose unchanging. i pocket the photos, and i continue on my adventure to find you. after what seems like hours of searching, i finally notice you in the crowd..
vi. you're a fanatic of all things cute, and cute trinkets. i've been your crush for a while, and you've been mine. i was the person who got you into the cute trinket obsession. it all started when i would put little cats or little penguin charms on your desk at school, and you absolutely adored them. it made me happy to see you put them on your backpack or see them in one of your belt loops when we were at school. you always obsess over whatever i give you, but what happens when you come earlier than i expected, and you see me putting those little trinkets on your desk?
vii. i was trying to text my friend, and i ended up texting your random number, just as a prank, and when you asked who i was i was surprised! i told you that it was just a prank and we "digitally" laughed it off together, and then that's when you asked if i wanted to become friends with you. ( ldr type prompt )
viii. our dogs are sniffing each others butts and im contemplating cussing my own dog out, and you take it easy. we talk for a little bit, with our dogs sniffing each others butts, and we hit it off. we don't get each others names or numbers, we just try to take our dogs out "coincidentally" at the same time. after a while of doing so, i ( or you ) ask you / me out on a date.
