[2E] Wyld-Shaping Technique

Wyld-Shaping Technique allows a character to create items, but the items are unstable unless they interact significantly with Creation.  If a character creates a bunch of diamonds (Resources 4) and then brings them into Creation to trade, do the diamonds remain permanent (unless brought back into the Wyld)?  Or do they fade after a certain amount of even in Creation?

I don't see why not. How much more significantly could a bunch of diamonds interact, really?

Yes. It's one of the few easy ways to make them. Although if you want to make an artifact real in the permenant sense, get Wyld Cauldron Technique also. In first ed this isn't necessary, but Wyld shaping was more risky and much harder in first ed anyway..

...or you could just use common sense and good judgment.

I would rule that as long as they are traded, worn, or generally handled, they'd stay in creation, but if someone decided to lock them away or keep in store, they'd fade away pretty quickly. In order to create permanent wealth, or permanent stuff in general, you'd have to use Wyld-Cauldron Technique, which, IIRC, uses jade in the process.

That depends wat the buyer of the diamonds does with them. If he ocks them away for a few years then the diamonds fade if they are set into a an awe inspiring tiara that is worn to every public festivity by some guild-members wife, then the diamonds would remain and become permanent.
