After World War II, Germany was split, just like in our timeline. However, the Czech Republic part of Czechoslovakia was made a part of east Germany, instead of an SSR. Germany was allowed to keep many conquered nations. After German Reunification, it was angry at the rest of the world. Quickly, it invaded Switzerland, and prepared for another war.

After the U.N. meeting with Yugoslavia, Austria had a representative speak out, which angered Germany.

Eventually, The germans lost the Civil war, and the Federation of The Danube was declared.​

History: January 1990: At the 14th League of Yugoslavian Communists, delegates from the republics of Slovenia and Croatia spend days attempting to negotiate a solution to the growing threats that the Serbians face to the Yugoslav Union under the leadership of Milosevic. Threatening to sue for independence, the two republics storm out of congress. This leads to a constitutional crisis throughout Yugoslavia. (Actual Event)


Late February, 1990: The crisis leads Milosevic (newly elected chairman of the union, winning 4 of the 6 remaining republic's votes) to implement Martial Law throughout the union in an attempt to curb unrest. During this time, Milosevic (with the support of the 4 votes; the republics he represented himself) begins to draw up a bill to repeal congress. Unchallenged, this passes 4-2 votes, and Milosevic is declared supreme leader of the Yugoslavian state.


December 1990: Under the rule of Milosevic, life in Yugoslavia becomes harder. Martial law remains in effect, and Milosevic continues to introduce laws and reforms that grant greater power to the Serbian people. The genocide and oppression of non-Serbian groups begins, and Serbian begins the slow shift to become the dominant culture in Yugoslavia. All power is stripped from the republics, and their armies are moved to Belgrade as power begins to centralize in Serbia again.


March 2000: After 10 years in power, Milosevic abolishes elections formally and declares himself president for life. By this point, Serbian makes up over 63% of the all ethnicities inside of Yugoslavia, with the republic of Croatia seceding land to the Serbian nation as other republics are swallowed whole. This continues.


October 2005: Milosevic passes away. His most senior general and advisor, Aleksander Berovic, is named his successor. Under the rule of Aleksander, Serbian culture moves to dominate Yugoslavia as it continues to play a part on the world stage. These atrocities are for the large part covered up, as Milosevic did, but are occasionally leaked online or by journalists reporting on the situation. Discrimination against non-Serbian ethnicities reachs an all time high, and communism is relaxed to allow for a mix of state-managed and free economy, but the basic principles remain, as military conscription, spending and research is steadily increased throughout the next decade.
