I wandered through the forest with my wings folded on my back. I walked, enjoying the feeling of the soft grass on my paws and the wind in my face. It had been a long time since I had been able to walk alone, away from the pack since they had all been killed by hunters. As I thought about this, tears sprang to my eyes.
