You may have noticed I already posted searching for a Drarry RP-- I don't know what to tell you, I just love RPs and I've only got one right now because some of my long-running ones ended recently. So yeah, anyways, on with the post!
I really want to do either a high school or university RP; at the risk of sounding like a weeb (or the British equivalent) I'd like it to take place in London, but that's not a must
Anyways, my character is a boy called Pilot; he's mute. He is a Junior in high school (or a sophomore in college, depending on which we choose) and he hasn't said a word to anyone since middle school. He grew up being bullied-- no matter what he did or what he said, he could just never seem to avoid it. He had his group of friends, sure, but the bullying was constant, every time he opened his mouth, it seemed. He was just everyone's favorite target. Maybe it was because they knew they could get to him, or maybe he was really just that much of a loser, he didn't know.
His solution started out with him abandoning his interests; everything he used to love, he just dropped. Video games, band, TV shows, music... Everything. No one could make fun of him for what he liked if he didn't like anything, right? The bullying lessened, but it didn't stop him from being treated like he was some sort of idiot who couldn't say a single thing right, so then, he stopped talking, too. And hey, it worked. No more bullies. Well, no more friends or hobbies either, but that was beside the point. Years passed, and now, he doesn't even need to think about not talking, he just doesn't. His drums and his game consoles collect dust in a corner of his room while he buries himself in his studies, instead.
Okay, so that's just a premise basically-- that's my character's backstory. I don't want anyone thinking that I just want your character following mine around like a puppy until he speaks, it's just that Pilot is a character I've been really wanting to play So let me know about a character you want to play, too! Tell me their backstory and stuff and we can get a plot going
Limits: I don't really have any, language and violence and stuff are whatever, I don't have any triggers either so throw whatever ideas you want at me I am not a big fan of sex scenes just because I personally feel that I'm not good at them, but I will do plot-relevant ones if needed
Literacy: Like I said in my other post, I do semi-lit to literate; I don't want to sound super lame or pedantic, but please, just don't use text-chat within the RP (In OOC it's totally fine, I use it all the time) and use proper grammar. There's a difference between typos (which are fine, they happen to everyone) and just not trying.
Post Length: My intro will be probably between 5-10 paragraphs, but my normal reply length is one paragraph. So 1 paragraph is all I'll ever ask from you, but please just no one liners.
