1 - Creation of a mob affiliated character must be appropriate, meaning they can't be higher up in the organization than a member, acquaintance, victim, or asset.

2 - Character creation limit is set to 3, with special exceptions made for multi-personality disorders, twins, or characters that will be tied together in scenes constantly. Past the limit must be approved by me or by a group vote (In the event that I am away for a period of time.)

3 - Characters can be talented, but not crazy strong. Try to keep it within a realm of realism in terms of how strong your character is, remember you are not some OP anime isekai protag, you are a citizen of a corrupt and scum filled city.

4 - NPC characters do not require a Character sheet, but they must have a decent description of appearance and character when used in the RP.

5 - Your character style can be however you want, primarily pushing for a more fantasy cartoon/anime style approach but if you want to use a more realistic style than you are free to do so.


Available powers: (Limited to 2)

Control of Fire tends to differ between race, but the concept is the same. You are able to manipulate and create fire through magical abilities that can be learned. Though magic is something few people can achieve as it normally takes a lifetime of commitment and focus, there are exceptions based on bloodline and ancestry. Fire abilities won't extend past being able to throw a ball or shoot a stream of fire, however it can be used as a utility such as for warmth or light.


Lightning manipulation is a far rarer and more unruly power to wield, sapping the user of their stamina and energy to create a voltage powerful enough to be lethal. Those who are masters of this ability tend to be able to use it for much longer and make the lighting more potent. If you plan on using lightning then it will be an ability that surfaces later on in the story, such as in stressful environments.

Magic healing is a noble power, but it takes years of study to master. However, even a few good Samaritans who don't have the time, can learn how to use its abilities. Healing magic can heal wounds of varying calibers, but it cannot treat missing appendages or death. Normally evident from a rich green glow of light, this power can save many but it is also limited within the user, draining the stamina in portions equal to the severity of the wound.

Telepathy is a power that exerts extreme concentration to use properly, in which case can lift a varying degree of objects or read minds. The downfall to this is when being used against a fellow magic user, especially telepathy users, failure of concentration will leave the Telepathy user with a mind splitting headache, and the more experienced magic user will have realized what happened. Telepathy cannot be used to slow down time or stop bullets.

If you have a magic ability you want to include or add to your character, than ensure it is one that doesn't break 1 of 3 key values. Does it make you invincible? Does it stop bullets? Does it negate other magic? If you answered yes to any of these, then it's not getting added.

Available races are currently: Humans, Dwarves, Elves, Angels (more magically inclined humans, spotted by their snow-white hair and blue eyes.), Halflings, Demons (Tougher human sub race, indetifiable through their darker colored hair, ashen skin, and fiery yellow eyes,) Steelies, ETC.
