This is a mix of rp and a game.
How it works: One person writes a crime scene, some random clues, and a selection of possible culprits. Everyone else writes their deductions of the sequence of events that lead up to the murder as well as how the crime was done using the clues given and how they point to the ONE culprit. They must write as though they are a famous detective presenting a case like in a mystery novel. Everyone vote for the theory they thought was the "best" that's not their own and this person will write the next crime scene.
For Example:
Crime Scene: Mr. Smith is found dead, face down in his pasta. The pasta was still warm and no blood was found on the scene. You, as the famous detective that you are, found a battery, a hammer, a bucket, and a baby bottle that appears out of place. Suspects include the Maid: Mrs. Amy White, the Wife: Mrs. Joslin Smith, The son: Aiden Smith, and the neighbor's daughter: Ms. Jessica Lin.
Anything not specified can be freely manipulated within reason. Was the battery double A's or a car battery? How big was the hammer? Was there a hole in the bucket? Were there any contents in the baby bottle?
Anyone interested?
