10 post/ 24 hour rule help

hey there. I need some assistance and I don't know what to do. you see that my account has been active for more than 24 hours and I also have posted 10 times but the message that shows this is still there. this is a problem because I cant use all of the feature's on the website. could you please help me

It can sometimes take the database extra time to update after your 24 hours and 10th post. It looks like your 10th post was less than half an hour ago, so I'd say give the system just a little more time. If you're still having problems in another half-hour, let us know and someone will look into it.

can you change your account name?

Yes indeed, once per 365 days. You can do it here, also found by going into Personal Details and scroll down to User Name Change under the Settings list on the left.

Username changes also have to be approved by administration.
