1 on 1: Phantom of the Opera

I am looking for a partner to do a 1 on 1 Phantom of the Opera role play. I don't care which character I role play (either Christine or Erik is fine by me), and the other characters we can divide up or take turns playing. Whatever suits you.


I know I am labeled as very new here, which I am. However, I have other role playing experience and can be considered anywhere from a beginner level to experienced. I aim to make my posts suit yours. What you give me, I give back in return. That way no one gets cheated out of a quality post.


We can do this role play either in the threads or through private messaging. Either way is fine with me, once again. It is for you to decide.


If you are interested, please mention below which character you'd like to role play and we can work out other details (plot line - if you wish, time line, etc.) later. Also, please tell me if you would prefer to rp through pm or in the threads.

P.S. - This role play can be based off the movie, book, and/or stage version. I know variants of all three, so whatever you are most comfortable with doing, or will enjoy most, is what will be done.

Oh wonderful! I was afraid that I would have to wait a long time for a response, so thank you very much! Who would you like to role play? You can have first choice, seeing as I don't care either way. Also, would you like to have this rp in pm or in the threads?

I don't care about it being a thread or pm. I've only rped as Christine so far, but I am willing to try as Erik.

Alright, then how about we role play in pm? And I've role played as Erik a lot throughout other role plays and would like to try Christine. If you don't mind I would like to try role playing her. But if at any time you don't enjoy playing Erik I would be more than happy to switch, or simply create another role play with you if it would be too bothersome to switch in the middle of one.

I want to branch out anyway. I feel that I can relate in some ways to Erik anyway. You've seen Love Never Dies, yes?

Yes, I have. Did you want to incorporate some things from it into our role play? Or have it set during that time? I'm up for anything, really.

I just wanted to know if you've seen it. How do you feel about doing one of Christine's childhood?

Actually, that sounds really interesting. Will it eventually transition into when she is older as well?

I think I know how to start. I normally don't start, so this is rare. Lol. I'm gonna start off with Erik down in the catacombs, then going up to his box after being given a warning from Giry.

I'd like to roleplay this with you. I'd like to do this in private messaging if you don't mind and it be based off of the 2004 movie with a few changes dear. I roleplay as Christine.

Hmm.... I have a bit of an idea, since we know after the movie that OG (Angel of Music) doesn't get caught and that he was still alive when after Christine passed away, maybe he found yet another orphan to teach his music to, still pretending to be the Angel of Music.
