Fellow busy and chaotically oriented guy here, but itching to write. Thanks for effort putting out the clear guidelines. If you don't mind inconsistent replies, I'm pretty perfect. Well, I might also write vulgarities and like ruffian at times, but it should be fine hopefully. PM me and... lets...
I usually avoid codes like the plague but my curiosity got the best of me.
... You seriously got the making things look good nailed.. and in the end, that's like the most vital component to it. @ > @ What's the point if it dun look gud ya know.
AND that code you just posted.. so nifty I can't...
Let me elaborate. One thing, for sure the GM as the person who makes the roleplay is also the person who establishes the first foundation of the world. That's irrefutable. However, how do they -then - proceed to build on the world even further? Through their subsequent posts in the roleplay...
Well actually the mechanics are very crass, game mechanics anyways but glad you're interested! Firstly, the focus is still in the story.. plus game balancing is a pain so I'm going to need suspension of belief and glossing over details as far as running the game is pertained. Essentially, we...
I think that's more or less what I mean with "Here's a mission assigned" but scratch mission for options. Quest roleplays are a bizarre concept to me nevertheless, never really experienced one since I can't really differentiate it from a regular roleplay. Quest roleplays just feel like...
I'm going to assume here quests means "Here's a mission assigned" and not "There's circumstances that came up which I have to resolve". Well, depending on the setting, a mix of those can be enjoyable.. realistic. And I say they're intrinsically different. Since the latter really expects everyone...
Sorry didn't mean to suggest that. :P Gahahahaha. If anything I was saying extensive planning and being flexible can coexist, I was supporting your type of existence. Also I won't say it's so much of a lack of structure, but more a structure capable of growing and being added on to. Which you...
Well I'm with
On this matter. I do extensive planning more or less, for myself. It's like having multiple contingency plans. Actually I'm much of the same sentiment where I also have to see all the directions something can go, and fleshing it out during its execution. It's not all improv, well...
Oh I don't disagree. I may had came a little too strong with that sentence but I was making a point which you agree referring with "some" cases. There's certain planning that's fine to get broad on, but there's some that's just great when it hits everyone like a truck, test their aptitude as...
I feel like there's a lot of factors here regarding whether which of the three form would succeed. Mainly, competency of the people trying to steer the plot. As a GM or as the player, I can tolerate being flexible with the story - if it's going a damn good direction or, at least, a sensible one...
I'll be down to even if its not VR. I want to say it's not a typical VR but then again it might be, I don't know how people do their VR RPs. :lennymeh:Got a discord? Just send an add.
Someone who's able to put up with me, build a relationship, indulge my needs, typical symbiotic host stuff, etc. A writing compeer so to speak. I'm also actually well looking for someone in particular to round out the gender ratio of characters for a small group VRMMO rp I'm trying to get going...
