True. I don't understand how she can be the love interest for Soul. I don't see it working out. Or how they're even partners. I feel like Soul would've just gotten annoyed with her and they would've had more of a mother-son relationship.

I guess so... But I find Maka's character annoying. And the way they drew Lord Death kind of annoyed me. I'm indifferent about his personality, though.
