@Shining Wizard I was thinking less of a cyborg type of deal and more of a high-tech Meatball type of quirk. He'd plug into some tech by transforming a finger to fit, hack the system, then merge the tech into his body similar to Tetsuo in the latter part of Akira.
I've found that refreshing a thread a couple times after reading it and before closing it makes the notification system work better. For some reason it doesn't consider the posts that pop up at the bottom of the page to be "read" which causes most of the notification issues.
