I was saying that instead of increasing it by just one it would make more sense to increase the population by something like 500

your 30km sq for 1 population increase rule I was commenting on it.

It takes half a Hectare to support single person so 5000 sq. Meters, but I think the 30km Sq is a good sized increment. So maybe an increase of 500-100 to keep it a good growth while at the same time not to big.

I do, but unless hamburg berlin and munich were banded together as a federation that would be to big of a power concentration for such a (relatively) small area.

hamburg is no where near as cool as berlin... plus three powers in such a close area is too much.
