I wanna scream, if Yara stays as tristan in SGE 2:A world Without Princes or if she isn't played by a trans actress I will cry. Yara was my comfort character, she literally found out she was a transwoman and a lesbian in a time and world where they veiwed these people as nonexistant. I love Yara and I will legit cry over seeing her death AGAIN.
Tho atleast Aric didn't kill her bc he is against trans people. He killed her because she was a girl. It makes me so angry when they refer to her as her dead name outside of the book. Yara is not Tristan, Yara is Yara. I love that they accept her as Yara in the book and I'm pretty sure they refer to her as yara in later books when talking abt her. Everyone in the school of Girls accepted her as Yara even when they found out she was trans which warmed my heart. I hate Evelyn Sader because she used Yara being trans for her own benefit and manipulated her.
