Roleplay Availability
I am looking for roleplays.
Roleplay Type(s)
  1. One on One
  2. Group
I keep finding these fun TTRPGs or board games I want to play, but most of my friends aren't interested TTRPGs as a genre or the ones I want to play. So I pose the question, what are some games you wish you could play but can't get the audience for?

Mine as of current are
  • The Mystery Business by Greg Leatherman
  • Eyes on The Prize by Ira Price Valls
  • Glitter Hearts by Greg Leatherman
  • Pine Shallows
  • Exploding Kittens (This is more of a not having time to play and not having anyone to play with)

Cyberpunk 2020, or any TTRPGs in that family! I know it's not very obscure, but I've never been able to find anyone who wants to make a campaign out of it, as, at least in my area, everything people want to do is 5e fantasy-based, which isn't bad, but just isn't really my thing.

I find that to be a big issue with finding people to play with too! I enjoy the fantasy genre, but I generally lean more towards grounded stories if that makes any sense. Cyberpunk as a series has always fascinated me, but it may be a little grittier than my tastes

LANCER, honestly. But there are two things stopping me. Firstly, I am the type where I cannot get invested in a game if it is played online. I've had Call of Cthulu, Pathfinder and DnD games through various online portals and services and honestly couldn't get into it, but playing a oneshot at the table with a bunch of local friends immediately got me hooked. The second thing is my country is incredibly small and and an island to boot. Only about 400K people living on the entire thing so finding people can be a bit more difficult. Would love to play it sometime though.
