    Apparently, the restrictions apply to private workshop threads too. The restriction disables after the user has reached a number of posts, thankfully.

    It's based on post count, so once you've reached a post count of 10, the filter eases up. I know it's a bother, but it helps us catch a lot of bots, too. ^;3^
