    My current policy in terms of writing requirements is as follows:
    Very lax with rate of IC posts
    Strict with length of IC posts
    Medium Strict with OOC presence.

    In other words: We can wait for when you can write, as long as you provide good posts and we can be sure you aren't ghosting by having you come say hi and stuff in the OOC.

    I just don't really know what does the follow button do, so I just don't know if I used it properly xd I mean, I have the basic idea of what it might do, but I'm not too sure. So my apologies were, in fact unnecessary. I just feel lost on this site so I panicked xd

    There was a time when it would make you recive notifications about the followed person´s activity, but these days it´s just symbolic. Some treat it as a symbol of respect or admiration, others as a thank and surely there are more things to it.
