I do like the name :3 and I can totally understand exams. I just got finished with all the big shot state testing, but I still have AP exams and finals coming up.

8) For this little idea thingy I was inspired by 'Avalon High' by Meg Cabot, and 'Leviathan' trilogy by Scott Westerfeild--which is a retelling kind of fiction thing of WWI based around the story of the Princely son of Archduke Frans Ferdinand and a girl dressing up as a boy to fly in His Majesty's Royal Air Navy. Truly marvelous book. Five stars .


So what do you think? Again, if you like the idea, I have five very short chapters of introduction, get all aquatinted, since the story line is a bit tricky. So I have set up so we can get right to the action and all.

So yeah, I have like three short chapters that we can start off of. I think you would fit nicely with the girl, I can do the boy since he knows kinda what's going on. The special 'family trait' that is passed along and sometimes skipped in generations is actually magic, not like spells or something, but like elemental control. Some details need to be worked out, like if they need to find some kind of object like a scroll or a stone or somekind of object of power for some kind of objective to their motives. If you like the idea, I'll can give you the first chapters I wrote. Mostly like an introduction to the girl, and a make appeanrce for the guy. I have a--idk, fetish if you will--with foreign things and cultures and accents so I wanted the mom to be British so the daughter was influenced a bit, and I like the name Imogen, dunno what dude's name is gonna be. Something French and princely I guess.

6) But soon the two find themselves utterly alone in the world as they are the only two of a kind and no one can help them now. He has lost his kingdom and somewhere along the line the 'organization-i-should-really-have-a-name-for-now' killed the girl's mother; so they only have one another out of the whole entire world they can trust with their lives. Eventually, they will grow together through their mulitiple adventures as they learn to trust and tolerate each other, they will come to see eye to eye and realize the actual hugeness of the situation they've been dealt.

5) Oh, yeah, so the boy...Well, the girls mother always kept their royal lineage a dead secret--so her daughter is in the dark. Anyways, the prince eventually leans the reasons behinds the threats and realizes what's going on--he, too, is also 'blessed' or 'cursed' with the 'family gift'. But he realizes the problem, then learns there are others like him. Knowing they will need to join forces to defeat this long standing foe, he goes in search for her, fleeing his country, and being marked as a traitor or a deserter--his people have no clue whatsoever, may e the older families, but I suppose it doesn't matter. It takes him a year, but he finally manages to find her. He is smart, sarcastic, and can be an utter jackas at times. She is witty, brave, strong, and street smart, as well as being quick and smart in gereral--as the daughter of two scientists. He is hard on her, being an obnoxious prince and all, and she rejects him.

4) That's why the girls mother left England early and moved to America, to escape her destiny. She evaded them successfully for several years. After she met her husband, she had felt she and her family would be safest if they traveled around and could t be tracked. Finally her luck ran out and the 'soon-to-be-named-mysterious-evil-organization' caught up to her. In their frustration they killed her husband as a sort of punishment of collateral for their inconvieniencd of her out running them. The girls mother was left with nothing but to keep on the road all the time and never stop moving, never stay in one place for too long--she had learned her lesson, and as t about to risk it again with her only child.

3) The prince, I haven't really been developing a back story for him...I dunno. He's the prince, next in line to the throne for the principality of Monaco. However, his seat is being threatened and some organization I am juggling trying to name is after his head. They are an old group with long standing predijudices that goes back a hundred millennium--I might call them that--they have gone in the dark the past two hundred years as they believed their enemies--our characters--certain 'family traits' have died in their lineage. (this is kinda hard to explain--it's clear in my head but hard to say) The girl's mother is from an ancient royal line in England. The trait made its comeback in her generation, though it was weak and only developed when she was send off to college, it was enough to awaken the attention to the 'organization-yet-to-be-named' and awoke their line of warriors to fight the uprising.

2) The girls mother was born and raised in England, had a few years at some fancy-pants private university in London before moving to America for extensive schooling at the Ivy League colleges in New England--that's where her mother met her father, they clicked and got married...blahblahblah...traveling, they eventually had a baby, hence their daughter.

1) Yeah, sure! If your wanting to start a new one. I have this one idea rolling around in my head for like a year and a half of so and I work on it now and again. I'm bad at plotting and usually I develop the plot as it goes, but i think I have this one down.So it goes like this; it's about a boy and a girl, of course--romance and all--he's the prince of Monaco, she's the daughter of two expert, well-known researchers-archeologists type. She has traveled around the world since her father died in an 'accident' when she was in middle school. Before then, they would take turns traveling and being with their daughter, that is until only her mother was alive and there was no other option but to take her daughter with her on her journeys and homeschool her herself.
