Please adjust your post. You'll see that Brice Mega is in charge of both Mega and the Hero Project but though he's recruiting some Mega agents and using Mega HQ for The Hero Project home base The Hero Project is not apart of Mega nor Mega(except for the agents he's recruited to it) is not apart of the hero project.
