So, in my Invader ZIM AU, in the Nightmare Realm, Nightmare Bitters took the throne from Nightmare Nellie, and the REASON Bitters wants to escape the nightmare realm is so she can exist freely without Nellie constantly hunting her down to regain her throne. However, Dib, before Zim shows up, runs into Nightmare Nellie and her beasts (based on Nellie's 2 foxes in the real world), the Ravagers. The Ravagers bring Dib to Nellie before he slips into reality, and, coincidentally, he runs into the real Nellie in reality and manages to explain what happened before returning to the Nightmare Realm where Nightmare Nellie addresses him. She tells him Nightmare Bitters stole everything but the Ravagers from her. Her crown, her power, and her role as queen and BEGS Dib to help her. Dib agrees, but "Only because you look like the girl I like." and, when Nightmare Nellie gets caught a few minutes later (Stealing supplies and food from a spookymart) Dib is unable to help her as he has been forced back to reality, where he BEGS Zim to help him, and drags Zim into the Nightmare realm, where he uses Zim as bait so he can help Nellie. Eventually, Nightmare bitters escapes into the real world, and Nightmare Nellie takes her throne back. When Nightmare bitters eventually returns, she is sentenced to fetch everyone she banished to the Realm of Eternal Screaming and Restlessness before having to live there herself. The Ravagers are then posted at the gates as Nellie undoes the damage Nightmare Bitters did. Nightmare Dib comes to her side and regains his true form; as Nightmare Nellie's beloved King
