Celestia wears a gothic lolita-style outfit, consisting of a white blouse with a Long-point collar, a white ribbon tied around her neck, a black jacket that includes white ribbon lacing down the sleeves, fastened by a simple white ribbon across her chest to reveal her red tie (consisting of a butterfly pattern layered on top of various spears with skulls attached to it) and the waist of her skirt, which is many-tiered and features white lace.
Celestia wears knee-high stockings trimmed in ladder lace, dark red mary janes with a thick heel held on her feet by three grey buckles, a white lace headband and a silver, Gunmetal plated ring (reminiscent of a Gunmetal Armour ring designed by Vivienne Westwood) layered in overlapping sections on her index finger.

♤♠♧♣♡♥♢♦ -Talent: Her Ultimate Talent is Ultimate Gambler, she obtained this talent due to her astonishing ability to never lose a gamble, she is a gambler who has never lost a single time. She has even tried to lose- and has always failed at her attempt, this luck seems to be out of her control, it is constant auto-winning. She claims that she does not even know how to lose.
♤♠♧♣♡♥♢♦-Execution: Celestia is executed by being stood in front of a large crowd of Monokumas, standing stationary on a large pile of flammable wood. Her execution, The Burning of the Versailles Witch, shares the same similarities to that of a Witch-hunt, something that seems to be preferred by Celestia given her love of the Gothic. A Monokuma lights the flammable wood with a flaming torch causing the fire to spread and surround Celestia, her choosing not to run. However, while the fire is enveloped around her, a fire truck appears from the distance and mounts a ramp in order to crash into her and kill her instantly.
♤♠♧♣♡♥♢♦ -Motive: Monokuma unveiled a load of cash- ten million dollars, he claimed whoever would murder another student would obtain that money when graduating. She claims she killed because of this motive, and that it was all for the sake of her dream, however; it is heavily hinted to that she was actually feeling powerless, and wanted to leave the school to avoid said feeling. But she lied to her classmates before her execution to save her Celestia Ludenberg persona.

Everyone who knows her in the slightest is often slightly unnerved by her scary presence, since most of her acquaintances know about her occupation as a gambler, and her extreme luck, and lying abilities. Besides her obvious love for Gothic Lolita fashion, everything else about her is wrapped in a veil of lies...Her name, her voice, her mannerisms, her interests...Everything could so very easily be a lie. It is also known by many that her name- Celestia Ludenberg, is only an alias, as much as she says it isn't, it likely is. However; her real name is unknown.
